Was looking for a good used iPhone recently and a google search identified Techneek had an iPhone 13 ProMax 256 GB in stock for €349 in their January 2026 sale, condition was flagged as Excellent.
I saw a few mixed reviews online about Techneek and was cautious when parting with my hard earned savings but at €349 felt it was worth a punt.
Phone arrived 4 days later, perfect condition, no issues whatsoever after using for a few weeks. I would highly recommend this business based on my own personal experience.

In the tralee store I got my phone battery and the back of my phone fixed I wasn’t told any warranty I got it fixed in June 30th and then I went back in October my battery was fried my phone wouldn’t turn on for a second without being plugged in I needed it charging the whole time during these few months the battery health percentage dropped to 88% how does that happen in a couple of months? Got sick of it went into techneek to complain and get a new battery they told me the warranty for a battery was 3 months which just shows how much faith they have in their products and their work 3 months is nothing and my battery started acting up on the 4th month it’s a joke service is a joke can’t believe I even went here ended up worse off

I purchased an iPhone 13 OLED replacement screen from this company after my original was damaged. The screen I received appears to be a low-quality copy, colors are very poor , brightness is uneven, and the touch response is inconsistent. After the repair, I received a notification from Apple saying the screen had been fitted incorrectly. When I asked staff, their response was dismissive and unhelpful, advising me to “just move on.” Overall, I’m disappointed by the product quality.

Ordered a ps5 on 8th of may, gift for a family member. Today is 18th of may, since the day I placed the order I received no shipping updates, no response from the customer support and no ps5.
The refurbished model I ordered went out of stock as soon as I ordered it, they most likely don’t have the model and are waiting for me to refund.

Steven and his team were incredibly helpful, offering immediate and personal service when my phone broke. They spent an hour trying to ensure that as many of my photos were backed up as possible, always friendly and kind in their manner. I felt secure in their knowledge and expertise and I highly recommend their service.

Having spent a day calling to a variety of electronic stores I was unable to find the item I need. I decided that I would have to buy online and what a good decision that was. I placed my order yesterday afternoon and it arrived to my address today. I had chosen the standard delivery rate so was delighted with the speedy response.

I was considering buying online and made a quick call to the company - immediately got a friendly voice on the end of the phone, some informed advice, extra sense of security around how the phone would be packaged and posted to me - stock was checked to ensure the colour was available so I could get the order quickly - and a free screensaver thrown in. The price was also unbeatable elsewhere in Ireland. Left the call with a real warm glow. Lovely local Irish business.

Been buying my phones, watches etc off the lads in techneek for years now. Iv never once had a problem. I couldn’t recommend this shop enough. Bought a new Apple Watch, iPad and pen yesterday for brilliant prices. Brilliant condition, always greeted by the lovely Steve & Marie who are absolutely brilliant. Will always recommend techneek to my friends&family.

The staff is amazing, really helpful and friendly! I've been to them for phone repair a few times (I'm really clumsy) and won't be going anywhere else in the future, I couldn't recommend them enough!

Techneek is a rare gem, with courteous staff, expert advice, fast service, and reasonable prices. The staff are dead-honest: I was going to pay them 50 euro for repairs but they said 'O, no, it's only thirty, because we didn't have to replace the disk.' Go there!
