I placed an order 29 Apr 2026. Item still shows that it wasn't shipped and no updated information as of 05 May 2026. I tried contacting the company and wasn't able to speak to a representative. Used the chat as it was the better option but it seemed like a bot. Canceled order and reported the charge to my credit card company. I don't recommend this vendor highly suspect!

Had the product I needed at a great price. Able to talk with real person about questions. Shipped quickly and accurately.

I love Boston Terriers! This ornament is very special to me. My only issue is that I should have ordered two! Excellent customer service from Mike at tecisoft.com. Would highly recommend this seller.

I BOUGHT 50 sticks of 16 gb DDR5 for 4k OMGGGGGGG ITS CRAZY

I admit i was a little hesitant to order given I had not heard of the site before, but I really needed a replacement for my Microsoft Ergonomic Keyboard and they were almost impossible to find online, so when this website had it in stock and at a really good price, I took the chance.

I'm happy to report the keyboard shipped quickly, arrived fast and was brand new in box. There were no issues and FedEx had my keyboard to me in about a week.

I would order again!

The remote didn't work, not sure if it is the remote or the candles.

They do not manage the inventory on their website. They falsely list things as in stock, allow you to place an order, then just cancel the order if they don’t have it. Are they just harvesting people’s payment data? This whole experience just made me feel really uneasy. Sketchy to say the least. I should have listened to the other reviews that had the same experience. Don’t list items that you don’t actually have, and allow people to place orders for them. It’s unethical.

I had such a great experience with Tecisoft.com! Their customer service is truly outstanding — they were quick to respond, easy to communicate with, and solved an issue I was having right away. The spinners works great for my ballerina ornaments on my tree. You can hear a soft hum coming from the motor but no big deal. For me the high cost, (shipping & exchange) was the reason for the 4 stars. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Great communication, let me know that what I ordered wasn’t in stock and would take a few months to deliver. Provided an alternative instead that was comparable and within budget. Delivered immediately after!

Tecisoft was great to work with! They had a huge variety of products at reasonable prices. Shipping notification was received within 24 hours and everything was delivered in perfect working order. I ordered some Christmas gingerbread items - everything was wrapped and boxed without shipping damage!

The three glitter globe power supplies with cords are fine quality and all worked properly at a very reasonable price ($8.95). However there was confusion about shipping cost because on the Google page showing this vendor the listing indicated free shipping and when on the TeciSoft ordering site the $12.45 shipping charge wasn't added to the "order total" until I clicked the "Pay" button. Overall it was a good deal.

this website sucks, i needed one more part to finish my pc build (ram) and the website said it was in stock and ready to buy, so i bought it. The next day is was cancelled from being out of stock, just say its out of stock its not that damn hard.

If only I could give 0 stars. We found this scam store after sodimm ddr5 supply went cold. Good pricing…too good to be true. Canceled 3 orders we placed, and then started asking “what my requirements were” for what I was doing. In other words, it would seem they’re luring people in with aggressive fake prices, canceling, and then attempting to upsell you. That’s best case - worst case is what could come next if you’re stupid enough to keep dealing with this BS.

I ordered some RAM and after waiting days for it to be shipped, I got a generic email that the order was cancelled. I highly advise against this website.

After seeing this review, they contacted me saying that it was an inventory issue. They really need to have close to real-time inventory numbers so they don't sell the same item multiple times, when they should know how much inventory they have.
