I didn’t have the best experience at the start but I want to thank Paige as she was amazing today. Resolved my query and was so lovely so thank you.

Absolutely brilliant shop the variety is extraordinary, lovely selling team pleasant friendly staff that are really helpful to help.

I ordered a steiff bear from this company and when it came it was in a plastic sealed bag that if I opened I would not have been able to return.
The quality looked terrible for what I paid, bits of fluff hanging off.
I returned which was an easy process but 10 days later still no refund and I have proof they have received it. I can't get a reply so will update if things change anytime soon. Go to a shop would be my advice. So to be fair after writing this review teddybearland sent a reply to my email and informed me the refund was pending so I will update further.I have today the 26th May received my refund 17 days after the date teddybearland received it. Sadly I would not use this company again and have found a great company with great customer service.

I ordered my Charlie Bear on Saturday from Teddybearland and it arrived today in Northern Ireland Absolutely delighted with the Bear and the quality of service & response keeping me updated on delivery

I made an order in error at 1am then i sent an email shortly after requesting to cancel it. By 10am the next morning i received an email to let me know the order is cancelled and my refund is being processed. James, thank you again for the efficiency.

Bear was beautiful, however, I was disappointed it wasn’t in a nice gift box, he was just dumped in an oversized box with a couple of sheets of tissue, this box had been damaged in transit exposing the bear inside, I have made DPD aware of this. Not the most expensive bear but for £80 I would have expected a nice box!

I almost didn’t order from this company due to the reviews on here, but I’m glad I did. I paid on my credit card just in case but the service (and price!) was great. I paid for next day delivery and called them to ensure it was being sent the day I ordered it. They confirmed over the phone that it was. It’s just arrived now, beautifully packaged in a lovely gift box. Thank you!

Shocking. Placed an order with them and then impossible to contact. So much for their "excellent support". I would not trust anything they say on their website or other medium - it seems the Feefo reviews are 'creative'. I did FINALLY get them to cancel an expensive order but had to do so through a swimwear company!! It is disturbing to think that any company can 'trade' in this manner openly. THINK VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU ORDER FROM THIS LOT!

Unreliable. Avoid.

Just arrived not packaged just placed in box.not covered at all so could of been sitting on shelves for months.with vivid this should be wrapped.contacted for refund wont give me one total disgrace.wont shop there again.

Arrived within 48 hours of ordering, very impressed. I was worried after seeing negative reviews on here, but no need!

Had a problem with my order, but the support was amazing, going above and beyond to help sort it out. The online chat were very helpful and passed me to Lucie in the office, who picked up my queries and sorted out everything, emailing me to make sure everything was ok. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered and paid for goods that were not delivered. Phone daily and a recorded message says we are closed, there is no suggestion how to get in touch. I’ve sent emails with no response or a message says we are not on line at present. Totally gutted, I can’t afford to pay for stuff that doesn’t arrive. They obviously have no conscience.

Avoid. Ordered and paid for an item but my order was not processed. I contacted the company by email for information and was notified that the item I ordered was out of stock. I've been trying to contact the company for a refund through various means (email, phone, website) but no one ever replies.
I haven't been refunded.

Ordered from them via Amazon and the bear arrived with a broken accessory and a damaged ribbon. I messaged them and they are sending me a brand new bear. It was the way he had been kept in the Amazon warehouse that was the problem not Teddybearland. Amazing customer service!
