Not good....I ordered 2 mask on 4/22/20. The money was taken out on 4/22/20 still waiting for masks or refund...two and a half months... really...you took my money some quick !

ordered a mask in April, still not shipped. Cannot cancel an order as cancelations not allowed after processing starts, which is immediately after taking your money when you order. Filing through PayPal for refund. Scam company, should havw known better.

Ordered a face mask back in May. Here it is June 7th and still not even shipped They took my money right away but can't deliver the product. I will never order again. It is a scam!!

They deserve no stars . Ordered 3 masks and have never received them. Total ripoff of innocent people. I am not a person that is rich so the money they took from my account really hurt when you get nothing in return. Have tried to call a number and only get an automated recording saying they need my order number never got an order number. Turning company into BBB. Please no one order from this company.

This is a SCAM company, when I tried to review my tracking number, I got an automated reply that they charged my visa card for two other items that I never authorized. I tried immediately to cancel, and a message came that said the masks were in the process of being printed and not available for cancel. This was minutes after I received the notice that my credit card had been charged twice more. They store your entire card, and can reuse it to their liking. I reported to my bank who will be investigating and report fraud. These are CRIMINALS. BEWARE!!!

Wish I could give NO stars. This is a total scam. They look at your social media page and then advertise with cute masks that are within your interests (i.e. baseball, dogs, cats). Take your money & then no tracking emails.Never received my products. Called and emailed for status updates many times & was asked for confirmation number which I never had. Will send you a bogus reply that they are working on your order, slow due to COVID. I notified my VISA and was reimbursed by them. Also in the process of notifying BBB, news channels, etc. BEWARE, they are criminals and have obviously preyed on the public during the pandemic & have sickeningly profited by it.

Ordered 2 masks and bunch shirts received the shirts last week. Still have never got the masks.

Ordered mask on 5/6/20 and friend liked it so on 5/11/20 ordered her on for a total of $ 19.94 per order. Went looking for the emails and the are blank. No order to use to check on orders. Phone number insistence for an order number. Dont have and never did. No way to talk to customer service. Believe a sham and it appears that they have made alot of money off us the poor public wanting to protect our health.

I ordered a face mask in May and I looked online for something saying when it would show and then I went back to find the email. It disappeared after they said that my email and name wasn't in there record. Total scam so upset

Ordered a phone cover in February,still hasnt been delivered,will never order or recommend again as they wont answer my emails,SO ANGRY

I ordered a 3pk of masks on may 4th and I hadn't received emails or updates just that it would ship in 14 to 21 business days and due to covid it may take longer and if you live international or domestic it may take even longer. I decided to live chat and I was given a refund for 50% of what I had originally paid and was told that my concern of not getting my product would be sent to production and management higher up to be looked into. So we will see if i actually get my product anytime soon.

Ordered 2 masks in April, got confirmation of order and order number, promised delivery in 14-21 business days. No sign of anything June 1 and cannot send email to question it. Expect this is a scam site now, though I successfully obtained a tee shirt from them in the past.

I ordered 2 items and only got 1. No mask. Can't get in touch with them. Messages get sent back, no such address.

I ordered a koala mask from these POS,s and I have not received it yet. I called over a week ago and the automated response said it will ship out in 5 business days. Well, I called again today and it said the same thing. I also sent message to them and no response. I will get on Facebook and trash them so bad that hopefully no one will ever buy from these scammers ever again.

If I could give minis stars I would! I ordered a mask in April and never received it. I needed it to go back to work with and had to buy another one...these ppl are skum. They are stealing our money. Can't talk to anyone through customer service bc obviously they don't speak English bc the phone number is from another country. POS! I put a comment on fb they responded with email customer service. That was a total joke too. I'm glad it was only 20.00 and not the over 100 I almost spent.

this site is BS!!!! They are scammers!!! They only sent part of my order and there is no way to contact them or get a email back from them!!! I will be reporting them to the BBB!!!!!! The material is garbage exspecally for the amount they charge !!!!!! THIS SITE IS SOOOOOOO BOGUS!!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order 4/21/20 and now it is going to be June with no product in sight. I can’t contact them without agreeing to be sent future promos. I will be getting with my bank tomorrow to dispute the charge. I am required to wear mask at work. I had to buy mask somewhere else.

If I could give zero stars I would. Still waiting for my order.... one month.... according to other reviewers (wish i would've read them before irdering) I might as well write it off as a loss. 2 months to receive? And crap quality when received.... great.
