Ich kann das Virtual Office zu 100% weiterempfehlen! Der Service hält, was er verspricht und stellt mir alle Dokumente täglich digital zur Verfügung. Dies ist sehr komfortabel und erleichtert die Geschäftsverwaltung erheblich.

Wir sind mit dem Service bei Teeberg zufrieden und schätzen vor allem die unkomplizierte und schnelle Kommunikation.

Schnelle Reaktion, freundlicher Service, gute Beratung und die Post wird wie versprochen zeitnah verschickt

Ich war davor bei zwei anderen Anbietern. Die anderen Anbieter waren unzuverlässig und unseriös, leider extrem viele Probleme gehabt. Seitdem ich meine Adresse bei euch habe, kommt meine Post pünktlich an, die Scanqualität ist ausgezeichnet (das ist ein richtiger guter OCR Scan) und auch das Büro ist professionell und repräsentativ eingerichtet.Ich bleibe Kunde und empfehle euch weiter. Update: After posting my review, the team reached out and handled everything properly. I can confirm it’s a legitimate service — I even received a test scan, so technically it works.

That said, customer support remains a concern for me. Initially, I didn’t receive replies to my emails, and for a postal service — especially one used for business — reliable assistance is essential. I don’t want to have to chase support every time there’s an issue.

The Stripe integration is well done and gives a sense of automation, but it doesn’t let you manage key aspects like service cancellation directly.

In my opinion, since they’re still in an early stage, the service might be better suited for freelancers or small operations with simpler needs. And if fast support can’t be guaranteed, the pricing should reflect that.

It’s a legit service (got a test scanning), but, the customer support is not answering at all.

The Stripe mechanism is good because give you a sense of automation, unfortunately you cannot manage anything there.

I tried to reach them out via e-mail but I got no reply.

I asked for cancellation because for me postal service is too critical and I need some assistance via e-mail, and, I don’t want to chase them.

In my opinion, they must lower the price if they cannot offer fast support.

I subscribed to Teeberg’s “Virtual Office” service on June 16, 2025, and paid €94.01 via Stripe.
After payment, I received no contract, no terms, no functioning customer portal, and no way to cancel.
The website promotes features that simply don’t exist.
I contacted the company multiple times with no reply.
I also reached out to Verbraucherzentrale, BaFin, and my bank to dispute the charge and stop further withdrawals.
This feels like a trap-based subscription model with zero transparency or accountability. Avoid unless you want to waste time and money chasing your own rights.

Teeberg only issued a refund after I submitted complaints to my bank, consumer protection authorities, and law enforcement. It was neither proactive nor voluntary, contrary to what they now claim.
What they call a “customer portal” is nothing more than a static payment display — there is no option to manage or cancel the subscription.
At first, I assumed this was just a low-quality service. Then, after realizing I could not cancel or contact them, I began to suspect a subscription scam.
Now, after receiving threats of legal action for simply sharing my experience, I’m starting to wonder whether I’m dealing with an organization that operates more like an extortion ring than a professional business.
The damage to their reputation was not caused by me — it was caused by their own behavior.
I stand by every word of my review.

Für unsere deutsche Niederlassung war Teeberg die perfekte Wahl. Die Adresse macht einen seriösen Eindruck, und die digitale Postverwaltung funktioniert einwandfrei.

Bei mir musst es schnell gehen, weil ich keine Zeit verlieren wollte meine Firma zu gründen. Morgens gebucht, abends war das Virtual Office live. Die Schnelligkeit hat mich schon überrascht. Da ich viel unterwegs bin brauche ich eine Adresse, die nicht ständig wechselt. Jetzt kann ich flexibel von zu Hause aus arbeiten, oder wenn ich unterwegs bin. Meine Privatadresse ist ebenfalls geschützt, was mir sehr wichtig war.
