Always available to answer questions, and the quality and fit were first class. The selection of the mystery pack was great also different colours and great logos. I have just purchased more t-shirts and Would definitely recommend.

The worst service ever! I ordered a T-shirt for my son’s birthday. It still hasn’t shipped a week later. A very rude apology. It might be shipped in the next few days. If you expect a decent response and service don’t order from these scammers

Order arrived promptly. Never needed to contact or email customer services. T-shirt was perfect and true to size guide. Would order again. My son was delighted with his Gunners t-shirt

Ordered mystery bundle, once ordered received no other correspondence at all (item just arrived via Yodel after a couple of weeks.)

Whilst it was a mystery bundle they appear to have sent T-shirts that are not even available on their website (the print was so small and insignificant they may as well have just been a plain blank T-shirts)

A bit of a let down in my opinion....

8I ordered a tee shirt for a 50th birthday present, which was due to be delivered on 23rd February. The birthday is tomorrow (6th March) and still no sign of my order and customer service hasn't replied to my messages. Also the contact number on the website is not valid.

There is no where on the site to make a review so putting on here ,from ordering to receiving took about 2 weeks not the 3-5 days on there site ,you get a confirmation email when placed an order then nothing ,no updates it’s just a waiting game ,I ordered 4 Man U mystery bundles in various sizes ,2 for adults 2 for kids ,they all came in 1 package which is fine but when opened were all jumbled together not separately wrapped bundles ,and every bundle has the same patterns,thought would of been a variety especially thought the kids ones would of been better ,won’t be ordering again as just gildan t shirts with a little print on ,just hope they wash ok .would add photos but can’t seem to find how on here .

Ordered the XL T-SHIRT which was a big XL contacted them and speedily advised what to do to exchange . Exchanged t shirt arrived promptly . Big difference between XL and L sizes though .
