I ordered a hat for Halloween that I was extremely excited to receive, but when I did, the hat looked nothing like the design on the website. I reached out to do an exchange, and they told me I can't do an exchange, I have to order a new hat and return the old one for a 30% restocking fee. Absolutely awful customer service. I will never in my life order anything from this site and they have now a detractor for life.

Good quality and printing
Good quality and printing, 2XL very tight and I normally wear a 2XL with plenty of room. Shirt was made too small.

Great service
I placed an order on Tuesday, before my golf tournament that started on Friday. I needed 4 visors to match the theme of the tournament. I was very happy to receive my order on Thursday. The staff was very prompt and polite in responding to my emails. And the visors looked great with our outfits. I would highly recommend anyone to purchase from these guys
