Collected our new to us bailey today, the second caravan we have bought from Tees valley, All i can say what an absolute pleasure to deal with these lads, from start to finish the viewing, buying, and collection all done in a week, Andy and Tez ( don't mention kebabs) we're very knowledgeable, Would definitely recommend this company, don't think I will be changing the new van anytime soon, but if I was it would be my first port of call, Thank you again lads, keep up the good work.

Tom, Mes and Andy are very nice people who make the whole experience of buying a caravan an enjoyable experience. Just picked up our Sterling Elite from Tees Valley Caravans. From start to finish, the customer care and attention was second to none. Bought the caravan in December and we were able to leave it on site until January (even changing the pick up day twice wasn’t a problem). Having been let down by another caravan company in Yorkshire we were feeling hesitant about going through the whole buying process again.
We checked several different companies and read reviews and the only one who appeared to be consistent with customer satisfaction was Tees Valley Caravans.
We traveled 120miles to check out a caravan and from the moment we walked onto the premises we were met with friendly and courteous service, we were so impressed with Tom and his open and honest attitude we paid the deposit on the day.
3 days later we settled the deal knowing we got the best experience we could have possibly had. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tees Valley for a straight forward trustworthy service.

Delighted with our purchase and dealings with this company. It was all genuine transparent and positive from start to finish. Endless patience with questions, the handover and walk thru was amazing and we left with out van feeling confident and if in doubt we would be welcome to ring for reassurance at any time. We took delivery of our Coachman Lusso a few weeks ago from Tees Valley Caravans, I dealt with Tom from start to finish and I must state that the service he gave us was second to none.
No matter whatever time of the day it was when I sent him a query (and there was a few from my side) Tom answered everything I asked in a very quick and professional manner.
We had an issue collecting the van but Tom arranged delivery to my home in Scotland and also collected my other caravan as trade in , this was a much appreciated gesture from them.
The aftersales service that was also provided is also second to none, nothing is too much troble for them.
I would strongly recommend Tees Valley Caravans and I will definitely return to them when I'm considering changing my Caravan in the future.

Very poor company to do business with, very friendly and helpful until the money is handed over then basically ghosted. Took over two weeks until we could collect as they were "preparing the caravan". Two weeks later went to collect the van and it hadn't even moved from the spot we bought it on. Was basically given the keys and left to tow it away. Got it home to find leaking gas flexy pipe, window blind had fell off and motor mover is temperamental. Battery i had to force them to supply is no good either. Lied to on multiple occasions about them ordering the parts to fix my blind. Given up now and just bought one my self. Better off buying a caravan privately they just want to get as many caravans out the door as possible with no after sales help.

We were looking to downsize our 4 berth caravan for a smaller 2 berth, found a caravan we liked, and after speaking with Tom and Mez we were very impressed with the knowledge and advice they gave us, we got a fair price for our old caravan, and a great price for our new one. This company is superb to do business with, nothing is too much trouble for them, if they are able to help you with anything, they certainly will. We definitely recommend this company, and if we decide to buy another caravan in the future we'll be back to see Tom and Mez

I was trying to sell my van privately and had the usual time wasters before Tom contacted me. We agreed a price over the phone before he sent a driver to Falkirk to collect the van The full sale from start to finish went better than expected and I actually got more than the private buyers were offering.

Can't recommend this company enough, bought my caravan online from them and was a bit hesitant about distant buying without seeing the caravan but after reading their reviews and the competitive price I went ahead, so glad I did as there was no need to worry, I did have a few unforseen teething problems and being on the otherside of the country was concerned but the service I received from Tom and his team was first class in resolving my issues, Tom himself was very patient, knowledgeable and done everything to make sure I was happy with my purchase nothing was to much trouble this guy really cares for his customers from first contact to the numerous follow up calls I received, as said the company is on the otherside of the country from me but I will certainly be a returning customer and would highly recommend anyone in the market to buy a caravan to look at this company regardless of your location.....oh and I received a very competitive part exchange price.

Fabulous friendly staff. Very knowledgeable and definitely went the extra mile. Would definitely recommend them.

We had a caravan we were struggling to sell privately and didn’t want to let it go for a trade price, I spoke to Tom and he offered to put it on his pitch as a Sale Or Return. Tom actually sold the caravan within a week banking us over £2000+ than we would have got and without the hassle. Professional service from start to finish and Tom couldn’t be more helpful

Hassle free purchase of our lovely Elddis Avante 840. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and could answer any questions we had. Offered us a good price for our part -ex (unseen) and gave us exactly what they’d offered when we took it in. Charlotte kept us informed throughout the process and nothing was too much trouble. The handover from Ian was brilliant and a big thank you to Mes for all of his help before we left. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy a caravan!

Caravan we bought wasnt the one in the advert.
Only recently have we found that this one is still advertised (on their site and ebay). The colour scheme very silimar. Advertised one has motor mover. One we bough doesnt have a motor mover!
Money asked for far too quickly and part exchange wanted within days. And then we had to pay them (nearly £1000) as they said part exchange caravan had damp in bathroom, which we were shown no proof of. We nearly pulled out of sale, but as it was too far to tow back and lack of time we went ahead. The caravan we part exchanged had been servied last year and been stored in an indoor storage facility.
We have recently found out that we have a leak under the sink (how long has it been there and how much damage?) but hubby will sort as he's handy, but what else are we yet to find? We have a years warrenty so will use if its any good should any bigger problems come up.
The guys on handover were nice though.
