I’ve purchased shirts for a while from this site. They’re perfect for work- long, soft and get tons of compliments. Their customer service went above and beyond with my recent order.Their premium cotton shirts are butter soft.

I have purchased many amazing T-shirts, games, plushies, etc. from this wonderful company. Not only are the clothing products amazing, but the games are fun and everything is durable and well made. It is very obvious that everything is crafted with the customer in mind.
In the very unlikely event that something isn't absolutely perfect, In my case due to something 100% my fault and the lack of supervision on a teething dog, their customer experience team will go to extreme lengths to make everything right. Normally I would say that a company goes above and beyond, but these guys go so far past above and beyond it almost feels like a disservice to limit it like that.

I’m in love with TeeTurtle’s designs! I tend to order shirts as gifts for the hubby & kid (& sneak in a few for them to give ME too! 😁) I am absolutely thrilled when I hear compliments on them. The best was on vacation hearing appreciation for the hubby’s Muppet shirts “Safety First” & “Not Impressed”! (PLEASE bring them back in stock - we want more! ♥️) In my latest gift ordering, I wanted larger sizes of my son’s favorite shirt designs, to give to him for his upcoming birthday… but I rushed & made a mistake (well several). I ordered duplicate sizes he ALREADY has. I was so disappointed in own mistake & then again when I couldn’t process an exchange on my own online. However, the customer service I received the very next morning exceeded my expectations. Mariah explained clearly the reasoning for not being able to resolve it on my own & offered a solution that went above & beyond! She made my day (& his birthday too)! I can’t wait for him to unwrap his favorites! Thanks again Mariah!

First off, the team all have 'Turtle" in their name which is already a plus for me! The customer service from TeeTurtle is outstanding – the team is very responsive with such a friendly approach. They went above and beyond with my request. The plushies are sure to be such a big hit! Thank-you!

I have played the games for years and they are well made lovely board games. Recently I have messaged teeturtle about having some donations of their lovely board games for our new after school club and they have generously donated a lot of lovely games that all our children will love.

I purchased an adorable t-shirt for our dungeon master from tee turtle because she loves this company!
Well, when the T-shirt arrived it was extremely small even though I ordered a 2X. When I notified tee turtle company of my unhappy situation, they responded in a reasonable amount of time and refunded my entire purchase! Karalynn even went one step further and making me even happier by allowing me to keep the purchase and not have to stress out by sending it back.
Overall, I will absolutely use Tee turtle again in the future and for shopping for the cutest t-shirts I've seen!

I just had the best customer service experience rep, Alisa. I have been a fan of these t-shirts and been buying them for years. My last order had a slight problem, that once I chatted with Alisa, was quickly taken care of at no extra cost to myself. She took care of everything, and my new order arrived the next week. To me, this was above and beyond. Thank you so much

No one and I mean no one, no person and no company has gone as far as this one has to ensure that myself and my family are taken care.
When the Twisted Cryptids campaign came out my brother in law was so excited as he knew that other Kickstarter exclusives items would be available. He had gotten myself and his wife into the games, I personally have LOVE Unstable Unicorns for years, and with the knowledge we began to pool our money during the Kickstarter runtime. This did cause some hardships for us but we buckled down and got all the funds together to get all the Kickstarter exclusive items not only for Twisted Cryptids but all of the other available games.
Run forward a few weeks we got the last funds together at the very tail end of the payment period and my addled brain remembered we needed to go over everything once more to ensure we had everything. I went through my emails to find the link and noticed an email stating we could save on shipping and get all items in one shipment rather than a number of smaller ones. All for it, I hit the link. I was transferred to Kickstarter to approved all of the Add Ons...but everything was gone. I didn't know that hitting that link would change my pledge tier, wipe my cart of all Add Ons and to top it all off the Add On store was closed.
To say I freaked out would be an understatement. My brother in law was crushed and I immediately went into my email to see who I could contact in order to get things remedied.
It took over a month of back and forth a with both Shelby and Zeke but in the end they were able to fix EVERYTHING. The Add On store was closed and items can't be readd? All the items we'd initially selected were added back. They were in constant communication with me, never once did they say we'll get back to you and never get back to me. They always remembered me and also kept me informed on what was going on.
This team is amazing and any customer service team would lucky to have them. I look forward to the next Kickstarter they have so I can once again support such an outstanding team.

I've been a long time customer of TeeTurtle and have bought countless tees for me, my husband and our two teens. I've found the quality to be excellent, the shirts, soft and comfortable, designs bright, creative and clever. When I had an issue with a mix up when orderings, Mariah went above and beyond to help explain to me what had happened (it was my mistake!) and replaced the order! Very impressive customer service!!

TeeTurtle has the BEST customer service! I bought the wrong type of shirt, sent customer service a message explaining my mistake, and by the next morning I had a message that replacement shirts had been sent! TeeTurtle cares about their customers! Their shirts are beautiful, and so are their representatives! I'm a TeeTurtle customer for life!!

Tee Turtle is one of the few companies that I feel still truly cares about their costumers. Their Costumer Experience Reps have always replied quickly and worked hard to resolve any issues I've had. Even in the middle of a warehouse move they promised me a replacement for a manufacturing mistake they had made. They continued to update me when they could until my replacement was sent. My experience with them has always been one of caring and trying to make right any mistakes they may have made. Tee Turtle has earned my loyalty.

The latest batch of tees I ordered are from a different manufacturer. All my other tees are LAT brand (with a soft tear tag.) The Gildan tees are much rougher & have an itchy tag.

An order mistake turned into a very happy moment. There was a mistake when I received my package so I emailed right away to have the issue resolved. Not only was the issue resolved, but their team was very responsive and did everything to make the mistake right. Mistakes happen, but it’s how people and companies respond and what they do to correct mistakes that really count. I’m a loyal return customer and their products are always so adorable, but they really proved themselves with their customer service with my recent purchase. Thank you again!

UPDATE:
Trustpilot brought my issue into the light within 24 hours. Even though my problem is still an active problem, I gained some comfort in knowing that the company still tries hard and did not lose focus on customers.
December 2024:
Was ordering from them for YEARS! since 2018 or so. Last two orders were a mess. Ordered from them for this Christmas and what was supposed to be delivered on time is STILL NOT SHIPPED and it’s December 22!!!! Major fail. Who is running their business now??!!

I ordered several shirts for christmas, like I have been for a few years now. They arrived in good time, except for one. I emailed customer support and they immediately sent my missing shirt, no problem at all. I loved how easy that was to resolve! Their variety and quality is superior, I highly recommend teeturtle!

I placed an order for a number of tshirts. For whatever reason, USPS didn't deliver it, even though the address was correct and I was at home. It was sent back to teeturtle. I contacted them right away and asked if they could resend my order. I would have even paid for shipping again, whatever would be needed to have my package shipped. They told me they couldn't do that because the packages would probably come back damaged. I said, "They're tshirts. How could they even be damaged?" They then gave me a different reason instead and just refused to send me back the shirts. But they said I could still have the plushie. I don't understand why shipping one was okay and not the other. Customer service was pretty crap and unhelpful. I missed out on receiving a number of shirts and a hoodie, some of which are even still in their online store but no longer on sale. I assume they just wanted to resell the items after the sale was over. Feels like I got pretty screwed over.
Edit: responding to teeturtles post, yes I'm aware refunds are a thing. That isn't what I wanted. I wanted my package that you guys refused to ship when USPS didn't deliver it properly the first time. I was basically punished for it and had my order taken away and given a refund. Other places have happily reshipped my order whenever I've had issues.
