It was a good experience, because I was easily connected with a counselor, Debra, who gave me her real life experience and also answered all the questions completely. The appointment was given within a day or two, so I received the answers fast and I also met her more than once when I had other questions in mind.

Debra is amazing and she gives advice on what you need to do and she is very understanding.

Debra gave me great advice on how to pursue my educational degree and at first it seemed really daunting but after having a conversation with her and getting the feedback she gave me about her experience, made my decision easier and I enrolled for the degree program and have never looked back.

Having worked in Hong Kong with just a TEFL & now being a foreigner in Austria, getting my BEd degree was a must. It has been a transformative process. I have especially valued the support from Debra Mann & lecturers, which have made the learning feel real & meaningful. Overall it has strengthened my position & passion in establishing my own English Native business & equipped me with tools to make a positive impact.
