I just emailed to request a copy of my certificate for a 120/160 tefl course. They responded stating that it has been archived, should I need to retrieve it, I would have to pay between £20 and £50. They offer specials to do the course but once completed, you now have to pay for your certificate. Find another company that is legit. This company will bleed you dry for a tefl certificate.

So far Horrific, Web site is so slow that it is basically unnavigable, have just read some of the horror stories on trustpilot about the company, I got mine from Groupon and there is nowhere to leave a review and warn others meaning the Groupon reviews re all fake!! Avoid this scam like the plague!!!!

Absolute scam - NO COURSE - no interaction, requested refund several times and had zero response - would recommend not using Klarna either as they are sh!?te - just take your payment details and keep them.. complicit in basic theft…

You pay for the certificate and get certified - and then they send you emails about how you need to pay again to keep it?!?! To make it "for life", which it already should be. Just goes to show it isn't worth a thing and can lose all credibility randomly at any moment, without a second's notice.
It's the equivalent of your college sending you an email that you need to pay your tuition again to make your diploma "lifelong". They got greedy.

I bought their 120 hour course because it was one of the more affordable options out there at $25 USD (the other options being in the low hundreds to some even charging almost $2000). I don't have any complaints about the course material itself. The course navigation was confusing at one point, but was mostly intuitive. The disclaimer that needs to be made more clear to customers who are outside of the UK is that depending on the country you choose to teach in, you will need to get your fullcircle TEFL cert notarized by a UK notary and authenticated by the UK government, which can cost 200 GBP+, and can take weeks. I spent 10 GBP to get a hard copy of the certificate, and their customer service people said they would ship it out, but have yet to provide any additional information like a tracking number. They also won't respond to any follow up emails requesting more information. I can't recommend any specific TEFL companies, but I can certainly recommend avoiding this one.

They have yet to grade my assignments even after the maximum 10 business days. I am still waiting to get certified after paying for this subpar course

Their TEFL (120hr- 17 modules/160hr-26 modules) course is very comprehensive. As to Assessment, almost all modules have quizzes, several End of Modules assessments, and a final course assessment. The Certificate will not be given until an essay writing assignment and a Lesson Plan are submitted as final requirements. A TEYL course is added to complete the 160 hr course.
On the negative, the course is too textual and little pertinent visuals. On the whole, a solid TEFL course.
