Everything went well. Could have made it clearer about turning it on as the button is very inconspicuous.

It was very quick and the person I spoke to was here helpful,I did tell them I was not very good on the iPad they under stood.

Customer service called to double check my online order. The order came quickly and was easy to setup. When I needed to contact customer service to check a few things they were very helpful and patient. I hope to get my father used to the wrist setup and use it successfully.

I ordered my alarm over the phone, the sales person was so helpful ,the alarm arrived promptly and was so easy to set up I did it on my own I am disabled and can only use one arm so any one can do this, I now have peace of mind knowing the alarms here for me 24/7 if I need it thankyou

Telecare system was ordered over the phone for my mother.
Very helpful assistant gave full explanation of usage and cost.
Unit was delivered within a few days, easy to install and test.
My mother is very pleased with her purchase and as a family we now feel more confident if mother has a fall we will be alerted.

Shocking way to treat vulnerable 92 year old. Very abrupt and threatening letter saying you will cut off her service if she doesn't upgrade to your new more expensive system even though her area has not yet moved to digital. Then only sending contract documentation by email which she doesn't have. You should be ashamed.

My elderly aunt lives alone and is unwell. I am her niece and her only relative having Telecare installed has given her and me peace of mind. Which is a huge relief for both of us.

Everything went smoothly from the initial contact requesting an information pack, through the ordering, delivery, set up & the test call to confirm the system is working. We also purchased a second fall detector so both my wife & I are covered on the system, much to our family's relief!
I cannot recommend them too highly & they are well worth the cost.

I have only just received the alarm so it is early to know what it out be like but so far I’m impressed with how easy it is to set up and was able to carry out a test on it which worked very well

Did exactly what was advertised. Arrived within 2 days, easy to set up and full instructions.

Great was how easy it was to set up once receivex.
Challanging was reading through all the details of the product to understand exactly what was involved before purchase.
Confusing was price as right at the end of purchase VAT was added and price increased by 20%. Also an annual contract and payment was not clear from outset because monthly price were quoted.

It was a lot easier than I expected, found the options and made my choice, filled in the forms and paid my annual cost and hey presto the unit is on its way.
Once received it's was so simple to set up using the instructions supplied
