I don't normally take the time to leave reviews when online shopping, but I want to express how great my experience purchasing from this store has been. Shipping to Denmark was very quick, and the product arrived well padded. Unfortunately there was a manufacturing defect on my item, so I decided to contact the support team asking for guidance. They responded extremely quickly, offering multiple good alternatives to resolve the situation, and letting me decide. Returning the item has been also very easy, with a prepaid label, and communication has been a pleasure. Great work folks, good customer service pays off

Jag har beställt härifrån två gånger nu så jag känner att jag kan lämna ett omdöme. Båda gångerna var det snabb leverans. Då det skickas från Polen så kommer det givetvis inte dagen efter men beställer man på helgen så får man det kommande veckan.

Hemsidan är mycket bra och man får återkoppling på leveransstatus via e-post som från vilken annan bra leverantör som helst. Produktinformationen är också bra och att man kan välja valuta (dock ej SEK men EUR eller USD är givetvis inga konstigheter!).

Vi som bor i Sverige är inte bortskämda med bra priser på astronomiprylar men detta är både en billig och en bra sajt att beställa ifrån.

Jag var skeptisk i början, som man bör med utländska sajter man inte besökt tidigare men denna är seriös och har mycket bra utbud. Jag väljer denna före allt annat om produkten finns här.

Har än så länge inte stött på några bekymmer och de paketerar emballaget väl. Denna sajten får mina bästa rekommendationer och högsta betyget då jag är mycket nöjd.

Best prices and excellent service. I was a bit skeptical of ordering from here as the prices are much lower compared to other local or online retailers. But after reading positive reviews I took a chance. And delighted I did. I ordered a Dwarf 3 smart telescope. It was dispatched same day as ordering. Unfortunately due to an error on DHL’s part, it was delayed, but thanks to Teddy in Teleskopy who raised a case with them and it was finally delivered after 18 days. Highly recommend these guys

This company is fantastic. They have great value for money, a huge range of equipment and their delivery was fantastic, my order is we received in less than a week. The staff were very responsive with any queries too. Couldn't recommend more and will be using them for orders going forward.

Recently bought two items from Teleskopy for the first time and was a little anxious but no need! I got a mail within ta couple of hours to say my goods had been dispatched and they arrived in Ireland a few days later. Really good comms and tracking through DHL - very impressed and would certainly deal with again!

Just ordered SA GTI, guide camera and scope from them. Put an order in at Friday and delivery was Wednesday.

The parcel was repacked into smaller boxes so nothing would be harmed in its travel. Very nice service !

A few weeks back I purchased binoculars together with a few maps. Shopping site showed that they have one in stock and it was true. Delivery to a neighboring country took a few days. They confirmed that binoculars are new and colimation is really good.
Shipping box was carefully packed and I really enjoy these 20x80 ed binoculars now.

Ho ordinato un telescopio Sky-Watcher Classic 200P Dobsonian, tutto è andato bene. Fatto l'ordine la sera, pagato con PayPal, è stato spedito la mattina successiva ed è arrivato in Italia in 4 giorni lavorativi, ben imballato con tutto il necessario. Ottimi anche i prezzi dei prodotti. In generale quindi un'ottima esperienza.

I ordered 2 items valuing €450 euro to be delivered to Ireland. Was a bit nervous but I had checked it out and it appeared to be legit. Items arrived on time in perfect condition. Update Communications were really good and the shipper tracking system kept me informed on progress. Would really recommend these guys.👌

Let me tell you, I was a bit afraid to order, because I saw very few reviews from them. Plus their website is looking like some of the sites from the dotcom era. :D
But, besides this, everything worked like a charm. It was easy to pay. I used PayPal. Package arrived super fast. I couldn't find this specific item anywhere else (in Europe). I'm happy.

So, 'teleskopy.pl' is highly recommended. :-)

Ordered good quality binoculars from Ireland and received goods within 2 weeks. Very well packaged. Great company to deal with. Delivery process can be monitored the whole way. Would use again.

Det kan være lidt omstændigt, hvis man skal lave en konto-overførsel, men med kreditkort stryger det lige igennem.
Deres lager-status passer, prisen er ganske ok (husk at priserne er + moms).
Levering med GLS tog en uge.

All in All an positive experience buying parts from Teleskopy.
They answer their mails and their English is very good.
The parts ordered was in stock as their website stated.
Packaging for export was VERY GOOD and delivery took one week with GLS.

Det må siges at fungere godt, et eu land, ingen problemer med told, afgifter mm.
Priserne er klart bedre end de Danske og også Amazon.de, leveret med GLS lige til døren, der gik 4 dage fra jeg bestilte til modtagelse, pakket perfekt ind.
