Unreliable
I found them unreliable and unaccomodating. After asking them on several occasions to come and inspect the amount of goods that needed to be moved for them to be sure that they could move the items, they assured me over the phone that they would be able to do the job only for them to rock up on the day of the move to inform me that they can't do the job add insult to injury they only refunded me half of the amount of money I had paid. A complete waste of my money and my time.I am giving them 1 star because I can't give the 0.

On no occasion did you ask us to come and see what goods you required Shipping, we was advised it was 10 boxes and a Sofa by yourself, we supplied a Transit vehicle with plenty of space for goods described. When driver got to site it turned out to be a full house move with over 40 Boxes, Suitcases, a sofa and even An American style Fridge Freezer which wouldn't even fit through his doors. If this had been declared while making the booking we wouldn't have even attended site. We are a courier Company not a Removals company which is what was required!!
