Worthless; spent my hard earned money and no product. This happened twice. My fellow Great Americans Avoid, Avoid, Avoid, Avoid, Avoid, Avoid did I say Avoid……………..

Item was delivered to the wrong address (their fault) and returned when delivery was refused. They didn't provide a correct return address which caused the PO to trash it! here is the complete tracking status:

Since the item was shipped from China of course the cr00ks wouldn't provide an accurate return address. Disputed this through Paypal providing all the information you see PLUS a lot more, and they denied my dispute! Well SCREW Paypal too!!!!!

I never received my item and then they charged me more that what should be charged 🥴🥴🥴

Avoid at all cost. My ordered was returned to shipper because it had the wrong street address, my fault. Delivery service reported package was being returned to shipper. I emailed them with the correct address and I was told I had to pay again for the product since the product was not going to be returned to their warehouse. I replied that it was unacceptable since I had already paid for the product. I offered to pay for the shipping again since I admit I wrote the wrong address number. They stopped replying after that.

They used another vendors advertisement to sell a totally different product. Nothing that was like what was portrayed. It was deceptive, by the time you receive your package the company would not accept the return or a refund only offered four dollars for my trouble.

they suck… placed an order over a month ago and the only answer i can get is it is in transit

I purchased a Liquid Transfer Pump advertised on social media. I even paid an extra $10 for "secure shipping" (in a box). Promised to ship with in 7-10 days. Took 3 weeks to receive. I emailed and received no answers. When it finally arrived, I followed the instructions to install batteries. How hard can this be? Absolutely did not work at all, despite trying several brand new batteries. Trying to return and getting '0' response from company! Never again!

They advertise warehouses all over the U.S
But everything ships from China, lying scammers, BEWARE ! I ordered something on 1/21/25 and the tracking for 2 weeks says shipped but is still in China , I sent numerous emails, they do not respond or are willing to help, I filed a claim with PayPal, think twice before you order, if you look on their web page it says they have warehouses all over the United States ! It’s a lie
Any of their positive reviews are probably fake ! Don’t get ripped off , shop somewhere else

Do not spend your money on this site. It is a complete scam. 1st it took forever to get a tracking # and when I did it said “ Delivery Date Unknown “ . It’s been almost a month and nothing.

Total scam company. I ordered something two weeks ago and complete b*******. On the web page you can contact customer service but all the other buttons are disabled you can't return it you can't refund it. Not like I ever got the item to begin with. Do not deal with them complete scam

Been waiting over three weeks, no shipping information, no phone number. One email.

The site took my money and didn't send me the product. Then they put up a customer support email that doesn't exist. I hope the attorney general get ahold of these people who are scammers and destory them. I am going to report them.

I ordered 2 Erazer Over the ear Wireless earbuds on your Facebook add 8/26/24. At the end of the sale receipt showed me being charged $55.18.The charge on my credit card was $66.22. I did get reimbursed for $11.04. It's been 2 weeks and still haven't received the earbuds. I sent a message on your on your Facebook message board yesterday 9/7/24. The receipt said it would be shipped in 5 to 7 days with free shipping. Can someone tell me when it will be delivered? Can you send me an email.

Scam scam scam!!!! They give false tracking info no product

I ordered a face mask that looked impressive. I paid for it and waited over a month for it.
There is no phone to call so email. What a merry go round. Cant get any good information about the product and they won't refund because it was already shipped........But wait it actually arrived in the mail today. These come out of china....I learned my lesson

Been waiting for my package for 47 days. Here's the larest uodate. 2024-02-13 22:35:39 Your Package Is In Transit. I've asked several times about my order and the "tracker info" is the same "in transit". On their site they say quick delivery. That's a joke. I've tried signing into my "account" and it says my email is not found. This is clearly a scam. I tried to be refunded and all i get is a "prepared" answer, please tell us how we can help you. The site also shows the product is coming out of NY with a 5 to 7 day delivery. Thank god they are on the orher side of the world otherwise i would be at their front door kicking it in. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

This is a scam site! Quoted one amount and then charged almost double and the item that was shipped is a fake. The original product advertised was an eye cream by Peter Thomas Roth Instant Firmx Eye(trade mark) and was sold on instagram but the product that arrived is just Instant Firm Eye and it does nothing. Doesn’t even ship in a box, just shrink wrapped and took almost a month by regular mail from china. This product is not a Chinese product so it definitely is a scam. I took a couple of photos but not sure I can upload to this site.

I just got two confirmation emails on my order

-- one showed the $22.53 USD I knowingly paid, and the other showed $27.04 USD which is incorrect.

I had screen captures of both emails. Just wrote the company. Waiting on a response.
