We really appreciated the clear process, good communication and visibility across all steps of the process. This was particular important to us given this was our very first audit.

The entire certification pipeline is very smooth. Rob and Mykhailo are excellent and professional people. They helped us during the audit by addressing the things we messed up and provided us with a clear explanation of areas for improvement and compliance. Mykhailo, on our request, deep-dive into the very depths of each control and provided recommendations not only on how to be compliant but also on how to be better for business purposes.
