You bought a perlon strap and you were expecting other item not sure why. We offered you to return the product if you wanted but didn’t want to pay for return as listed on our policy. You are not saying any truth
Not worth the money
Not worth the money. Besides that the promo code did not work and despite being aware of that, solving was not in order.

Top quality
I ordered some straps for my Aquanaut as my AD wasn't able to provide me with different color ones and they fitted my watch perfectly.

This brand is great. The materials are very good and the straps and watch rolls are amazing. I bought is as a present and they loved it. I will buy again for sure.

Scam- Do not purchase from them
Scam- Do not purchase from them. I purchased a strap for my Patrick Philippe and it was too thick which kept causing the watch to open. The official boutique said it’s too thick for the model.
Having turned to customer service for help and advise they were extremely rude and all they care about is making a profit.

Bought a strap for my pp aquanaut and looks amazing. Quality same or even better than the original strap. Price is great for the quality. I completely recommend it

I was very disappointed with the product
I was very disappointed with the overall quality of the product. It feels very cheap like something you can buy on Wish for €1 not the €80 “luxury” item as advertised.
The rubber strap also came fitted incorrectly with the watch pins so it was impossible to use it. I was advised that it can be easy fixed if I have got the correct tool which I didn’t
The customer service was extremely poor and on a border line of being rude. The whole experience was a nightmare.
There is no return policy (I think thats illegal) unless you want to be charged with all the costs - the below is an extract from Tempomat customer team
“ In case you want to return you can. Shipment + credit card fees will be discounted from the import reimbursed. And you should ship back to us (on your cost also) “
Don't recommend - there are better ways to spend your €80
