It was a very nice tour. Our captain was funny and told many good things about Tenerife.

But hands up for Suzi, she helped is a lot with booking and what to do.

Just like to say just come back from los Christianos Tuesday. Just like to mention that all your staff at that office especially Mark sorry can’t remember all others but everyone were very helpful in making my daughters birthday week fabulous but also great break for me from a hard summer cheffing. You’re a great company and I return every year and your company is the only place for great excursions,great experiences,great prices and over all great company. Our terrific guide made this trip with a combination of her expertise and humour. The great balance of timings, utilised the day well when sightseeing. Traditional lunch of a vegetable soup, freshly baked rolls, followed by a beef or cod dish was served swiftly, hot and tasty followed by a creme caramel and icecream with plenty of white and red wine. It provided an opportunity for us to meet our fellow passengers in a relaxed , leisurely environment. Thanks goes to the driving skills of our bus driver who navigated the precarious turns with ease. Overall it was a memorable experience from start to finish.

Can’t thank Patrica enough for helping us book Siam park and Loro Parque, making it quick and easy and answering all our questions that we had. Such a lovely person and will definitely be booking again ⭐️

Generally a good day out with interesting sightseeing stops, with a informative guide. Only drawback being picked from Los Gigantes meant we spent over a hour picking up other passengers near to Los Cristianos etc, leading to a long time on the coach

Excellent sites to visit but too long at e.g. los gigantes and coffee stops, not long enough at dragon tree or lunch stops
Willing guide but always galloping off with no way of easily tracing her
Too long a day, extended greatly by time taken to pick up and deliver people to all sorts of out of the way places
uncomfortable coach (leg room, unpadded seat) with limited visibility

We did the Christmas day 4 hour trip and it was amazing. We didn't expect to see any whales or dolphins but we did. I filmed a mother with her baby. It made my Christmas.
To be honest i didn't expect much for the lunch either and that really surprised me. How the crew managed to serve all the people with a delicious Christmas dinner i dont know. I wiped my plate clean. It was better than our hotel food delicious. The crew made sure the drinks were flowing too they didn't stop. Very well managed and worth every penny. Thank you.

When going to the Sian park everyone using the free buses needs to be made aware that they stop running at 5.30 and if you miss the last one you will have to find a taxi to get you vs k to where you are staying. This issue nearly ruined a very good day out

Very interesting and scenic half day tour around Teide national park. Great customer service whilst booking things a bit last minute. Unfortunately due to high winds cable cars up teide we're closed to all for the day which I personally don't think detracted from the overall experience. No issues at all getting refund for the prepaid cable car tickets (refunded within 24 hours) All done by 4pm so time left to catch a few more rays before dinner!
