I’ve purchased 4 Rods for myself and family members and enjoy the simplicity and accessibility they bring. Now I have a son and daughter in law that want to fish during family get togethers. On the last order there was a slight hiccup and an accessory wasn’t shipped. I reached out to Tenkara Rod Co and they quickly fixed the issue. I’m very happy with their products and customer service.

The Tenkara Customer Service team is wonderful! I broke the tip of my White Cloud rod and reached out to see if it could be repaired. They got back to me within hours explaining the information they needed to get me taken care of. I got it to them and they processed my part (which was exceptionally fairly priced) and got it shipped within a day. Great customer service and good people taking care of me!

I encountered a problem with discount price offers and they were not applied when the purchase was processed. I sent an email explaining the issue and received a response quickly. I provided a screenshot of the original offer and support promptly issued a refund to match the email solicitation.

They addressed the missing item rapidly and fixed it asap. Great service!

I have been using tenkara rod co rods for almost a decade when their headquarters were still in Driggs. Recently I broke my favorite rod the “Teton Mini” I’ve been able to buy spare parts in the past but unfortunately they didn’t have anymore after talking with the staff they recommended the “Rocky” since I am now based out of Kenai Alaska and am going after big rainbows. I’m excited for the new rod and all the fun trips I’ll be taking it on. Love tenkara rod co.

They have no customer service, charge for items not shipped and refuse to answer emails or phone calls to customer service. That is the worst part. Over the last week and half I ahve sent 18 messages via phone, text, email or on their site and no response. I got one order with just 3 of the 6 items i paid for, it arrived 4 days after the express shippign i paid for and the other order never arrived. Will not order again.

the web site looks great but the service and response from the seller was horrible. My order was missing the stickers which I reached out to the seller, no response. When the package arrived, the box was made up of taped together boxes, it was NOT a complete box. Loads of tape were used just to create a box to ship my items of $300+. I wanted to like this store, I am not a happy fisher women
