Not seeet like some powders
Great loyalty program

The matcha is so good. I love that you could order a sample pack first to pick the one for you.
I had a query on my subscription and cannot fault the customer service. Very quick to respond and dealt with.

Was really surprised how enjoyable this was . Also made me feel more focused ordered more because I feel so much better in myself .I made with a little water and coconut milk! Delicious

Easy ordering and quick delivery.
First time of ordering.Great variety of tastes.Have now ordered more.

the most awful experience

3/5 matches that I ordered were black - literally resembling mud - I contacted them with photos and everything and they refused to do anything - awful! avoid

I recently ordered a variety sample pack from Tenshi and was not disappointed with them. I had only previously had matcha in cafes and I'd had mixed results ranginging from too sweet to just tasting like grass in a glass . I was pleasantly surprised when I made up the matcha samples with skimmed milk and ice how delicious they were . Since partaking in tenshi matcha my focus and energy has been so much better and I'm no longer having the 3pm jiiters followed by the energy slump that I used to have when drinking coffee at lunch time

Absoloutly love this product great value. Tastes amazing. I have the chocolate flavour. Really has helped me with my daily function especially the afternoon drop. Pick my motivation right back up. I take this over coffee any day and I used to drink a lot of coffee.

Customer service has been impeccable every time I have had a question I get answers straight away.
Defianly 5* service

Easy to order and navigate website, good delivery time and amazing tasting matcha have reordered already

Really good, it tastes nothing like normal matcha. Already ordered some more sachets.

Coffee is amazing plenty of flavour

I tried my first Tenshi matcha yesterday, before id only had shop made ones and I decided to try a homemade matcha, well wow what a difference this vanilla Tenshimatcha was. So smooth tasty and it has me waiting for my next one!!!Cant wait to try more flavours!!!

Great flavours, easy to make and lots of health benefits too, win win, third time ordering.

Tried matcha before and have to say I wasn't keen but wanted to persevere due to the health benefits.
Took a final chance on Tenshi and I love it, especially the vanilla.
Subtle flavours and something for everyone.

I chose the starter pack as I had not tried Matcha before. Great choice to see what you like. I truly felt better after a couple of days, in the main less bloated, but also better sleep I think, so happy to choose full size packs to keep the progress going. Helpful customer service to complete my purchase.

Very poor service. Did not receive what I ordered. Communication is very poor, response’s to emails take days. Made it very difficult to return the item. No option but to issue a section 75 to get a rufund.

Super quick delivery. I love the chocolate matcha in the mornings. After 1 week I do feel chilled throughout the day.

I'd never tried Matcha before but had heard of the benefits. When I saw the sample offer I thought it was a great was to try different flavours. The Vanilla, Caramel and Chocolate were my favourite, so much flavour, and these replaced my mid morning coffee. I have already purchased more.

I've tried different Matcha brands over the years and always ended up throwing them away. It always tastes "muddy" These are different. Yummy as a chilled oat milk latte!
I have one every morning instead of coffee. I'm not sure it has the lift and energizing effect. It's early days. Tried the sample pack, which is a great idea, and ordered full sizes of the blueberry and the vanilla. So worth it.

I absolutely love your product . Tenchi Matcha .Having struggled taking other matcha decided to send for yours ..Received quickly love the whisk and bottle thank you so much .
I have reorded the ones for bloating cant wait to receive the order Thankyou again ..
