Top dog store I couldn't have been more pleased with the final machine the mega lure machine top dog went above and beyond for myself I have never used one or even seen one working but I was always told by my father if you can afford to pay a little extra get the best one you shall find out you won't need another one top dog noticed I had not ordered a pulley to change direction or that the shop owner put one in my delivery box for me and allowing me to pay it when I got it as it was delivered last day off the holidays 30th December yes that was yesterday and I am totally over the moon with how good the machine is built also the the owner of TOP DOG STORE kept me updated from the start to the finish on posting my machine I would highly recommend this supplier TOP DOG STORE to everyone that has taken the time to read this you will not be disappointed with them I have since ordered a long distance remote control for the machine and paying the company for the pulley that they sent me if your thinking about ordering from this company don't think about it you won't regret it it is well made and housed in an excellent carrying box thanks top dog Eric

Absolutely Fantastic from the very start, Ankur couldn’t have been more helpful, got me the top spec lure machine built and delivered before Christmas, upgraded to the latest tech as well, slight issue when delivered but that was resolved over the phone in 10minutes and within a day I was flying my female Harris hawk after the lure, extremely fast and having pulleys to change the flight layout makes for some exciting chases to get my bird fighting fit.. 100% recommend

Very pleased with the product. A well built, simple and effective design , compact and powerful with adjustment to suit most needs. Some initial issues down to shipping mishandling were sorted out immediately with absolutely excellent, instant and helpful communication. Helpful Advice on correct usage was given, the company really goes out of their way to be helpful and to ensure a pleasant, friendly purchase experience.
The machine costs a good deal less than certain market leading brands which made me sceptical about quality but in reality it does what it is supposed to do very well , at a realistic and affordable price!

Company had a little delay on my order. I was super impressed how they informed me .
I was updated regularly a very prompt service with brilliant messages informing me that my parcel was on its way and not leaving that information to the courier company. Then I got more updates on how important it was to follow the user guide because it was a technical piece of equipment and they wanted me not to make and errors.I also got a message with phone contact not to hesitate with any questions. Getting a human and their phone numbers nowadays is a huge yes yes yes

We were lucky to meet representatives face to face and see how product is working. After purchase, we had some questions about product. Contacted seller by email, response was prompt and very informative.

This is a great product. Not long using it but already noticing a difference.Ordering was really easy and great people to deal with. Kept me updated on delivery as they were out of stock when I ordered.I also called them to get advice on suitability and they could not have been more helpful.

I have been using the Vitalcup along with essential oils on an injury to my left hip, caused by being thrown from my horse . The result has been ; more flexibility of the joint ,as well as a reduction in the amount of pain .

Love the website, easy to order and next day delivery! Got the device specifically for back pain as I work in child care and it can be very tiring at times. Works a magic, 20 mins of massage and I was a different person. So easy to use, didnt need a second pair of hands.
