CRAP COMPANY AND CRAP PRODUCTS, DONT BUY

I bought a 20 inch rope chain in white gold and it came after 3 days on september 14th it arrived broken and i messaged them the second i got it and the still have not responded and my emails (now its the 5th of October) are filled of tericci to leave a good review and i was also told i should recieve a lifetime guarantee card but i had more chances turning into a moth PLEASE DONT BUY FROM HERE i would recommend craftd london.

Fantastic Mystery box..was part of my son's 18th birthday. We have ordered from Tericci previously and have nothing more than praise for them. You can track every move if the item..and the quality is superb. Thanks for the item and we will be back again..✊..

Horrendous service

Horrendous service.
Returned my item nearly 4 weeks ago and have still not received either my money back, or any communication from their customer service team.
I had an absolute nightmare getting through to them initially to learn the return address, and it seems the same is happening again.
Tericci PLEASE respond to my emails and issue a refund.
