Initial order was incorrect

Initial order was incorrect. Second order took over two weeks to get processed and shipped. I still have not received the product I ordered.

We want to provide an update on your replacement order for the belts: it was processed on April 6th, shipped on April 9th, and our records show it was delivered today, April 15th. We hope it has arrived in good order.

No response to my emails

I have contacted this company three times trying to get a refund and never get a response. I will never buy anything from you again.

Poor customer service and follow up

The ship date was severely delayed MULTIPLE times but the bigger problem was the lack of customer service and follow thru from your representative. I understand sometimes there are things out control and you can't meet ship dates but the ONE THING you can control is the personal side and making a simple phone call or email to notify customers of their order status especially when it's being delayed. Our order was initially scheduled to ship on 10/17/25 but was repeatedly delayed and not received until 2/5/26. I REPEATEDLY had to send emails requesting status of my order. One time, I was even pawned off by your rep and told to contact another department for an update. That's HIS job!!! I shouldn't have to call to ask where my order is and why is it late when it's months past due. Someone should be notifying me weekly.
Arthrex has been a repeat customer to Terra Universal and to be treated with such disregard and disinterest is very concerning.

You’re absolutely right: while certain factors that impact production timelines can be outside of our control, keeping you informed every step of the way is something we can and should do better. The delays to your shipment, combined with the need for you to repeatedly follow up, do not reflect the level of service we aim to provide.

To provide some context, custom-manufactured products can result in longer and sometimes shifting lead times. We are optimizing our automated status notification system to provide more accurate and timely updates—particularly when delays occur—so customers are better informed without needing to reach out. This is an area we are actively improving to ensure greater transparency and consistency.

For projects with tighter timelines, Terra does offer a FastTrack expedited option with guaranteed ship dates. In addition, we maintain a large inventory of hundreds of stocked products that are ready to ship for more immediate needs.

Your experience has been shared internally so we can address these gaps in communication and accountability. We truly value your business and would welcome the opportunity to rebuild your confidence in our service moving forward.

Disappointed Again

This was the second time I have purchased a product from Terra Universal. The product that game was a different design than what was advertised and the representative refused to help, stating that they changed the product. The installation of this product was not clearly provided and the overall quality was much less than the previous version.

No real time support staff and an extremely vague manual for assembly of a very expensive product is a real let down.

Leslie was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She arranged unit testing quickly and made sure everything stayed on track by following up on shipping details and lead times. She was responsive to every request and made the experience smooth and stress‑free. I truly appreciate her support and excellent service.

Prepay

Well, it took a bit of effort just to get a quote from them.
After we received approval to do the work it was time to purchase the door system from Terra.
We had to prepay in full up front which is not a problem as this was our first purchase.
It has been my experience that if you ask for a full payment up front, you deliver on time.
My order was almost 6 weeks late and when I called to follow up I was told manufacturing issues was the reason.
When we finally received the product, the cover to the operator did not fit and I had to reach out to them for a new cover. That cover took another 2 weeks to get.
Needless to say, I did not have a good first impression of doing business with Terra Universal.

Regarding the original delay on the door, we always encourage our customers to purchase from our inventory of hundreds of stocked products that are ready-to-ship, or take advantage of our FASTRAK service when there is a required ship date. FASTRAK allows us to work overtime and weekends to ensure your order ships by your critical deadline, giving you the peace of mind that your project stays on track.

Exceeded Expectations

I placed a small order for replacement shelving from Terra Universal several weeks ago. After submitting my order online, I received a survey asking if I was happy with my experience. I answered "NO" at that time, simply because the order noted that the items wouldn't ship for 3 weeks. I'm in retail and we were in desperate need of the extra shelving. A representative from Terra Universal called almost immediately to inquire as to unsatisfactory survey comment. The young man was SO reassuring and promised to find out how quickly he could arrange to ship the shelves, as Valentine's Day was right around the corner and we needed the additional storage.
The shelves came less than a week later!
I was SO impressed!
I then got a follow up from Daniel Magpayo, making sure I was satisfied with the purchase as well as the service. I told Daniel that I was thrilled with absolutely everything! It's so rare that a company meets and exceeds expectations these days, so I really wanted them to know how pleased and impressed I am. I will definitely order from them again!
