Terry Carter Music sent me an inferior product. When I attempted to return it learned they would NOT pay return postage which is more than the value of the product. No way to treat a customer! Never again!!!!

Over the last few years I’ve purchased a number of instruments from Terry Carter Music Store. I have had nothing but great experiences with Terry and his staff and I say Terry because Terry himself is always there to help you with advice and assistance. The service from him and his store is always top notch. He stands behind his products and is there not only when you buy but after as well. And no, I don’t work for Terry Carter! I’m a prolific ukulele collector and I buy from a lot of places and people. When I receive good service and friendly assistance I think others should be aware of being able to be treated fairly and with respect by a seller.
I have bought multiple ukuleles and a guitarlele. Also, many accessory items. Terry and his staff are always very helpful and have always responded in a timely manner to answer and any questions that I may have. The website provides detailed information and videos of the ukuleles and has a great selection of ukuleles covering a wide range of prices. Just a wonderful family-owned business, that believes in providing great customer service.
I have been very happy with the Terry Carter Music Store. We have bought several instruments, and we have received excellent service from the team at this online store. Terry has answered all of our questions, and he has offered service after the sell. I can't say enough about this great music store.
Whether I was buying a Hawaiian ukulele for myself, buying a class set of ukuleles for my high school classroom, or any and all purchases in between, Terry has always taken care of me and my needs. I look forward to working with him with the ukulele needs of my new school this year!
I have been a very happy customer of uke like a pro for over 5 years. Terry Carter has always provided excellent customer service. I have purchased 5 or 6 ukuleles from him. His prices have always been reasonable and he carries many different brands. I like the fact, that he has videos of all of the ukuleles he sells and gives very clear specifications of each instrument. I highly recommend Uke Like a Pro and Terry Carter.
