Chris White worked hard and made it happen. Most of these companies say they have a driver in the area and they give you a price and ends up that the price goes a lot higher and they cannot find a driver. My experience with Tertoro was very positive. Thank you.

John was my right hand man in a horrifying situation where our car broke down in Shreveport Louisiana on our way to texas. We are musicians and we had to make it to texas. We had to rent a U-Haul to get there to play the shows. Our vehicle was stranded at Toyota in Shreveport waiting on a part that could have taken 3 weeks to a month or more to get. I had to pull my car out of there and have it delivered to North Carolina where we live. John made it happen and it was painless. Even though he had to Outsource the delivery company because his drivers were full he was able to get our car to a safely and he stayed in contact with me the entire time. I will keep him as my go-to guy if I ever need that service again.

I should have looked more into the other reviews. I also got hit with the classic bait and switch. Had a price and date locked in. I get a call the morning of pickup and tell me they need to use a different driver and cost $600 more. Ridiculous tactic, but it works. Use someone else

My experience with this company was great. Everything was just as I was told and I am very happy with the service provided. If I need there service I will definitely use them again. Also they have the best rates I contacted many companies and no one came close to their rates. Good service and good price that’s a win in my book. I highly recommend them to everyone.

If is your first time trying to transport a vehicle for a long distance the prices will be shot at you that are extremely low that there's no way they could be done that cheaply and then they will double their price by the time you get it this company here did not do that yes the price was higher than what they quoted me but it was only a couple hundred bucks versus the other companies for a thousand to $800 more than what I was quoted the driver did an excellent job of taking care of the vehicle and arrived in a very well timely matter. I would definitely use this company again

They promised me same day transport at the most reasonable price and they fulfilled the promise with only slight increase in the total cost.

The company booked me immediately in having an electronic form for me to fill out. The price was guaranteed at an offerable price, however two days prior to shipping they called back raising the price by $100 dollars due to the truck driver they said. The truck driver contacted me on Saturday 6 hours prior to pick up and he arrived two hours prior to pick up time slot. The car arrived three days later safe in perfect condition on Tuesday at 9 am. every thing was done well.

I worked with Chris. He was very helpful and good at keeping me updated/was responsive when I asked too. It took a bit to get a carrier but one they did, he was fast! He didn’t speak English but he was very good. I had no issues. I would use this company again. Definitely was getting jerked around by other companies.

John at Tertoro worked hard for us to get our car moved. When another customer cancelled their order to ship several cars, our order got cancelled too, as ours was the only car remaining that was scheduled to be moved. Not John’s fault at all. But he worked hard to find us another carrier, was always responsive with calls and text messages, got us a fair price, and was easy to work with. We had never shipped a car before, but our experience was good, and if we ever have to ship another car, we will call Tertoro first.

After finalizing the deal, I searched for a transport. Many places immediately responded. Tertoro was one of the first, and offered the cheapest price. $400 from Virginia to Florida was the quote, so I chose them.
The only issue I had with the whole deal was that after I agreed to the price, and to use them, the price went up to $500. Let me tell you that is what people hate about the car industry. Feels like a shuck and jive, but considering the fact that it was still the best price offered, and the logistics were already set up, I stayed with them. John coordinated things efficiently and it was a nice surprise that he was polite as well. Everything was good, the car was picked up early the very next day, and was dropped off in Florida less than 24 hours later. No issues, no damage, and those are the most important things. Would recommend using these guys.
