Everything was as described and functions really well.

Was really happy to receive my bags. However, when I used them, two of them have defective valves. They shrunk down ok, I closed the valve but I heard the air leaking out of the valves. So 25% of my order was useless

I ordered on 27/11/25. They overcharged massively, added a tax which I fought to get removed. No tracking available refused to acknowkedge me request for a refund. Literally just delivered. Very inferior goods two of their "Wave"glass mugs. Not hand crafted as described. Very thin glass. Not suitable for any heat. On inspection, one mug has a crack in it.
The only good thing I can say is hats off to their advertising people !
If I thought I would ever recieve it, I would demand a refund 😡

Absolutely appalling - poor quality goods. Incorrect size and very flimsy material. When asked for a refund I was offered £2 even though the item was £12.99 plus postage.
Horrendous service with no customer service at all only emails.
Would recommend you do not buy from this company

I ordered a dress from this company. It was shipped from the USA. Although advertised at £18.99 by the time you added on postage & packing it actually came to £30. When the dress arrived it did not resemble the lightweight, floaty material of the dress in the advertisement. The dress shown in the video absolutely looked liked a cotton or viscose summer dress. It ended up being 100% polyester, double lined from the bust downwards making it even hotter/ less breathable. I had written enquiring about the fabric but before receiving a reply they had already shipped it out on the weekend! Despite numerous emails requesting a Returns address, it was only when I got PayPal to intervene that a Returns address was given. To return the item with tracking to the Hong Kong address would have cost more than £20. Hence I am stuck with a horrible synthetic material dress which I am unable to wear. Extremely poor customer care & I cannot recommend.

Thought I ordered 2 of same outfits just different sizes and colours. Was happy with one of them - was as advertised and fit for purpose (sitting on a plane, lite weight and confy). The other is a different style and I dont like the colour. Returning not easy. Ive emailed so watch this space. I paid with PayPal so if I get no joy with the company I'll try through paypal. In company's defence, thus was my error in first instance but refunds should be easier

If there was a 0 I would give that! Ordered swim wear for my holiday. 1 month passed and no items, asked for a refund as item never arrived and kept getting odd emails asking me to wait till it arrives and I won’t be disappointed. Explained was never going to arrive in time for my holiday and continue to dance around the refund subject. Have paid on my credit card so I may get my money back in other ways. Avoid avoid avoid

Unfortunately my experience is the same as everyone else's. What was sent, after over 2 months, was very poor quality and doesn't fit because it doesn't match the measurements given on the website. When you attempt to get a refund they insist you post it to China, which costs more than the product is worth, and then offer you a pittance in return, whilst assuring you that you may keep the useless product. After arguing with them for over a month I gave up.

The dress arrived after almost two months, the quality was poor and the size was not at all correct, so I decided to return it, then the trouble started, asking for a returns address i was told thati would have to send it to their Chinese factory and that it would cost a lot of money so they offered me£3 I told them that was an insult so guess what, they increased the offer to £6 ,sound familiar ? I have emailed trading standards, and the fraud department at MP. Let's stop this scam company so others are not, all these reviews are very similar, I will let you know my progress

Having decided to return my items for a refund I find I'm in a battle for this to happen, very frustrating.
Spent £67 offered £7 then £14 then £21. I'm still arguing that I'm entitled to return them for a full refund!
I would not buy from this company again. Clever marketing makes it all look legit and professional but so far it seems like a dodgy company. I've had chemo and my skin is now extra sensitive to certain materials which is why I need to return them.

Fraud. Provide goods that were not as advertised that they then discourage you from returning due to the "high cost" and offer a few $ or £ back in compensation

Absolute scam. DO NOT ORDER ANY CLOTHING FROM THEM. They imply you can return. You can not.
