i got confused with how the test worked and didn’t realise i had to purchase the physical kit until Shawn helped me out and explained how it worked & that if i wanted the physical thing i had to pay £8.99 on top of the £15 i already paid. very helpful and thorough with his explanation. the problem has been solved now& the physical kit will be sorted asap :)

I purchased my kit a long time ago thinking I was going to get a kit in the mail like Ancestory but found out after 2 to 3 weeks of waiting that I downloaded it. I mailed my sample in about 2 weeks ago and was checking to see if there was any updates but couldn't log into my account. I kept saying "forgot password" but the hint wasn't ever sent to my email. I started the Chat on Test My Allergy and a nice Rep took my chat, named Emily. She was extremely helpful. She helped me locate my info and gave me additional information to be looking out for. I'm writing this review because I thought it was nice how she was patient with me and went out of her way to help me.

I have bought this test cause I don’t have time or money for searches or diets. Something was making me tired and bloated and was really lowered my mood as putting weight on all the time . After test which was no time consuming just a little time waiting for result I found lots of items that I always thought it could be the cause of my tiredness .swapped these items for similar items and felt the result . So tiredness sorted now o have to workout on the weight .have the test done and u will be surprised what u find
