We’re sorry to hear that you have concerns about your purchasing experience. However, we would like to clarify several points raised in this review.

Fitralin’s Terms & Conditions state that both one-time purchases and optional subscription options may be offered, with the applicable product options and prices displayed on the relevant product page and at checkout. Customers are able to review the order details before completing their purchase.

Regarding returns, our Refund Policy clearly sets out the return process. Customers who wish to return a product must contact customer support, who will provide the appropriate return instructions and address. The policy provides a contractual 30-day return period for refunds to be considered, while expressly preserving any mandatory statutory consumer rights that may apply. The direct cost of returning goods is generally the consumer’s responsibility, as outlined in our Cancellation Policy, subject to applicable law.

We also take concerns regarding advertising and product information seriously. However, describing the company as a “scam” does not accurately reflect our published policies or the process available to customers. Our Terms & Conditions provide clear information regarding purchasing, subscriptions, cancellations, returns and refunds, and expressly preserve consumers’ statutory rights.

Our Terms & Conditions state that the Platform provides customers with product information, including descriptions, pricing and usage instructions. They also explain that both one-time purchases and optional subscription options may be offered for certain products, with the applicable options and prices displayed on the relevant product page and at checkout.

Customers are not required to purchase a subscription in order to use our Website or purchase our products. The order details and applicable pricing are presented during the purchasing process before the order is completed.

If you experienced a technical issue that prevented you from reviewing or changing your order before completing the purchase, we would be happy to investigate this. Please contact our customer support team with your order details so we can review what happened.

We certainly do not intend to make the purchasing or cancellation process deliberately difficult. Our Terms & Conditions also provide clear cancellation and refund procedures and preserve all applicable statutory consumer rights.
