I live in the US but from Southeast…
I live in the US but from Southeast Asia. Been taking Testoprime since 2020. I knew it was effective all the while but what really stood out was when I went back to my home country earlier this year for 6 months and ran out of supplies (I know it ships internationally but idk i was experimenting life without it), I totally feel less energetic and excited about life. So now that I started taking it again I am happy that I can 100% tell it actually works.

Great black Friday deal! I'm so glad I got the chance to try testoprime a year ago! Customer service???? My order #9864 was dispatched 4/11 arrived in Perth on the 13th and has just sat there for 10 days and not moved emailed testoprime and have received nothing back starting to think it’s just a scam

Used it consistently for 10 weeks
Used it consistently for 10 weeks. 4x capsules every morning at 6am before work, half hour before breakfast (fruit or porridge) I eat a balanced diet and not a lot of junk food aside from the odd night out for a meal etc. No drink or drugs. I'm 42 yrs old, train 3x gym sessions and 1x strength and conditioning class per week. I hoped this would give me a decent boost in strength and fitness. I personally, haven't noticed changes. I still feel the same. I ordered 3x bottles for £100 and I have a little over half a bottle left. I suppose this isn't for everyone but the advertising of the product really makes out it's something great. The reason for the one star though, is when I reached out to Testo Prime. I had to contact via Web chat. Load of crap. I received a response 24hrs later. I answered all the questions regarding timescales and frequency of use. I also asked for some advice, was I using it correctly, is there anything I can do to help see a difference etc. I was not given any info. All I received was a reply saying please refer to our refund policy. I didn't mention refund. I bought it in good faith, I just wanted a bit of after care help/advice. Then the chat has gone dead. No further help or contact. Shame really. Being on my last bottle I don't think I can even apply for a refund but in all honesty I'm not here for the refund. I would definitely say do not buy this product. Don't waste your money. Hopefully someone sees this and looks into the aftercare for customers.
Edit. Since I made this complaint, I was contacted by a lovely member of the customer care team named Joan. I felt like finally someone had actually taken the time to read my comments and reply accordingly. I even got a partial refund even though I did not ask for it. So, even though the product did not work for me, the customer service was definitely there. So I have edited my review to reflect this. People do actually listen to you if you find the right person. Joan is a credit to the business and I hope her team leader or manager sees this and passes on the compliment. Thank you

Always sceptical with the promises from supplement companies, but thought I would give this a go. I bought 5 months supply on the basis that it needs a fair chance.
2 months in, increased muscle mass was evident, and I am continuing to make gains. At 62 years old I am fitter, stronger and healthier than I was 20 years ago. On its own I doubt this product will be a game changer, but if you combine it with good nutrition and training, you will see a difference.

Helped restore what was missing
I had been using Testoprime for several months but then thought it might not be doing anything for me. I then stopped for about 4 months and noticed something missing. Within a week of using it again, I felt like I should.

Waste of money and lies
I already reached them on the webpage and also by mail, and they always said the same, that they can’t refund me because the bottles are not sealed. Here are the orders:

They told me the following by mail:
“ According to our website, if you’re among the small group of men (less than 2%) who do not experience positive results from increased testosterone, you are eligible for a refund. We offer a lifetime guarantee where you can return your order for a full refund. However, to qualify for this guarantee, all sealed bottles must be returned.”
Again, the only way that they refund you is for sealed bottles, so you can’t try the product, so technically they are promoting something that they can’t do, they promote lifetime guarantee and refund if you are not happy with the results, but only if you don’t open the bottles. That’s the trick and it doesn’t make any sense at all. Because again, TESTOPRIME people, yes I can show my labs and my T levels are worse than the last year, so your product doesn’t work, and I’m part of that big group of people who’s not happy with the results and feels uncomfortable buying for a company that only promotes using lies.

Our products are made from completely natural ingredients, so the results and the time it takes to see those results can vary from person to person. According to our refund policy, to be eligible for a refund, you must first take the product as directed for 30 days. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return it for a 100% refund of your purchase price, less shipping & handling, if applicable. However, we can only refund a maximum of one opened bottle unless there is a defect or the product was received damaged and unsealed.
Having checked, it appears that there are no sealed bottles remaining with your orders. As such, we processed a refund for one opened bottle on August 20. I hope this helps address some of your concerns.
I know this may not be the outcome you were expecting, but I want to be transparent about our policy to avoid any further disappointment. I’m here to assist you with any other concerns you may have and to help you through this process.
