Some of my boxes were marked damaged when in fact they were not damaged (I have pics of what I sent) and because of that full payout was not received (has happened before that’s why I started taking pics)

We are able to provide additional shipping boxes upon request for future submissions. However, once items are received and processed, we do not return products that are not accepted, as outlined in our terms prior to shipment.
Regarding your most recent order, we have not yet received it at our facility. Once it arrives, it will be processed in line with our standard review process.
If you have any further questions or need assistance requesting a new box, our support team is happy to help.
