Nach dutzenden Mails immer vertröstende Antworten.
Das Unternehmen wirbt jetzt auf Ihrer Webseite mit Lieferung für den nächsten Tag.
Ich bin Betrieswirtschatler da steckt der Wurm in der Aufbau und Ablauffertigung.Die Fertigungsabläufe haben die nicht im Griff.
Nehmt die Finger von der Firma.
Ihr ärgert Euch nur.

Company's products are NOT LEGAL for use in Canada.
Canada Law requires CSA (Canadian Standards Association) Certification.
In the United States, UL Certification is required.

Tesup steal money from the people who place orders, there is no money back, no product delivery since 5th of February 2024 when I placed the order in amount of 1249 eur. Their website catch the eye and you trust it and buy. They don't have a contact phone number on the website and the answer is the same every time. I have sent many emails to them telling that they gave a 2week until one month delivery. They said that the product is made exactly for me having my name on it and this take time. Promises only. DO NOT ORDER IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOOSE THE MONEY and to have to beg for product or to get money back. You waste your time . I put date of experience in 2025 because the calendar doesn't allow me to go back to 2024

Unacceptable Delay:
I placed my order over a month ago, and the status has remained “processing” ever since. No shipment, no updates, no resolution.

Lack of Communication:
I’ve contacted customer service multiple times. Each time, I receive the same vague response: “Your order is being processed.” No explanation, no timeline, no accountability.

No Transparency:
The company fails to provide clear information about delays or logistics. I have no idea when — or if — I’ll receive what I paid for.

Poor Customer Experience:
The entire process has been frustrating and disappointing. I expected professionalism and reliability, but received neither.

Recommendation:
I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company. Based on my experience, they do not deliver on their promises.

How to Improve:

Provide accurate delivery timelines

Respond with meaningful updates

Stop using “processing” as a placeholder excuse

Respect customers’ time and trust

I ordered wind generator about thirty five days ago. I expected delivery in 10-14 days. Nothing yet. I've emailed technical support for shipment date and they respond login into your site and the answer is there. No direct answer on my email. When I login, it says processing with no estimated delivery date. It would be nice to have the answer in tesup's email to me.

Criminals & thieves, do not buy!

I wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered 2 wind turbines. They cancelled my order on my questioning delivery & if asking if were indeed a scam. After declaring the turbines would be delivered, they cancelled my order & closed it…& that was that to them. WISE who allows international transfers claims this business is legit & would not follow up the refund. No turbines, out of pocket & runaround from Tesup.

I paid for (AUD 2,800.00) a wind turbiine ONE YEAR AGO...and despite every month me asking via their online contact page...I now get nothing (even after saying they no longer make that model and I get a credit...so I ordered two ATLAS ones instead...bloody thieves...stole money...broke promises and have not honoured their commitment.

Betrüger / Achtung, hier wird betrogen, einkassiert und nie etwas geliefert! Dass ich darauf hereingefallen bin ärgert mich sehr, hätte ich nur zuerst auf Trustpilot recherchiert. Auf Anfragen kommen keine Antworten, der Betrag wird nicht zurückbezahlt. Ich habe die Kreditkartenfirma mit der Rückforderung beauftragt. Doch TESUP weigert sich - alles klar - der Betrug soll ja bis zu letzt durchgezogen werden!

I ordered in Dec 2023. I created a ticket and the director mentioned that they were going to prioritize the order, and it will be delivered in 1 month or so. After the waiting is over, I tried to login, and I could not. I opened a ticket. They said that it's going to take 4 months. It's past 4 months. It looks like scam. I am going to contact my bank to see what they can do about this.

A VERY high risk purchase...

If you plan on using this for ANY insured property it is HIGHLY LIKELY that your insurance company will not cover any damage to buildings or electronics because the company is not approved for use with our electrical system. It is only approved for European electrical standards which are quite different.

How do I know? Tessup told me so and even better: they have ZERO plans on getting certified for the North American market!

I set score to 1 star, my account has been locked and i can't access my order details.
They do not respond to requests.
I will change my score if my account is unlocked.
in the meantime, i must tell you not to buy on this website.

I bought a turbine in february , still have not received the order status , they said 5 weeks , its been 8 weeks. it is very difficult to find your order info on their website and to post support tickets. no phone number where to call. Support people don't give their names. The website is well designed to fool you , I feel scammed. Don't buy from them

I prepaid and ordered a turbine from Tesup over 6 months ago and I never received it and they won’t refund my money.., terrible company!
Do not buy from them

I purchased and installed a Tesup Atlas 2 wind turbine. The turbine's internal parts self destructed and it collapsed onto my roof within a 3 month period. The aluminium pulleys were literally eaten away by the belt, the bearings had collapsed and the internal frame was sheared from the 4mm bolts. What an absolute waste of money. An absolute disgrace to be allowed to market such poor quality products.
