It Open up one's mind about driving. It was the old San when I was a child growing up. You have to drive for yourself and everyone else now. It is reality now, that quote from my grandparents stood out in the driving. Of course, it just make you more aware.

Easy to get done, very informational

I have dumped more money into this course than I expected. It has been a hassle all the way. I purchased the course with the permit prep for my son when he was 15 so he could get his learners permit. I also paid for the premier pass which says it gives "unlimited course attempts until you pass and also receive priority customer support." When my son turned 16 and it was time to take the drivers license section, the course had expired. Which doesn't make since considering I purchased the premier pass. I spoke with customer service through chat and they told me he would have to start the whole course over again or I could purchase a 30 day extension for $20 and he can pick up where he left off. So I paid for the extension. Now the course kicks him out after a couple hours and won't let him start the course again until 24 hours have passed. Everyday we run into an issue. Now you are questioning his driving log and stating that only 1 hour a day counts towards his 30 required driving hours. The driving log it clearly says 2 hours a day count towards the 30 hours. He's never going to finish the course within 30 days if he keeps getting kicked out. It feels like a Ponzi scheme where you have to keep purchasing the extension because of all the obstacles. Not to mention the false advertising and expiring the course before he turned 16. According to TDLR, he has 2 years to complete the course after he gets his learners permit so why does the course keep expiring? And why is customer support by phone always seem to be unavailable during business hours? I will be reporting all of this to TDLR.

The service was easy to use and had no issues

The course was great and easy to use.

I didn't like how it gave me an hour to do a lesson that took 20-30 minutes to read -then had to wait until the time was up to progress-
In the test I took on specifically the road rules test I had multiple picture problems and a lot of them the images were unavailable and I kept failing my test because I had to guess. A $75 class should not be this digitally uninformed. It needs to be updated because it looks like it hasn't been since 2015.

I need a password to get the study guide and also everything has to be read no videos to read to you

The timers and need to be constantly on takes up so much of my day. I have things to do and all I am able to do is sit in front of a computer all day instead of what is necessary for me. Then when I asked for help I was not given any. I had to completely restart and the amount of time I wasted was least to say impressive. I finished the course and my certificate hasn’t come through which is necessary for me to continue with my daily activities.

The lessons and the tests are very accessible and easy to understand or learn from.
