What a brilliant company, they sell many amazing tools and trade items, I had a problem with something I bought and within a week of contacting them they had dealt with the manufacturer and had a new one sent out to me! I would 100% use them again! Thank you TFTools

Very disappointed with my experience

I purchased a hammer from TF Tools, but unfortunately I’m not happy with the product and decided I wanted to return it. The hammer has not been used.

The paperwork included in the box states that there is a 14-day refund/return policy, which is one of the reasons I felt comfortable making the purchase. However, when I contacted TF Tools multiple times by email to arrange a return, I was repeatedly told that the item is non-refundable because of their website policy.

I explained that the information provided inside the box with the product states otherwise, but I didn’t feel that my concerns were properly addressed. Each time I contacted them, I was essentially just told that it was non-refundable.

I’m very disappointed with both the situation and the customer service I received. If the product is genuinely non-refundable, the return terms should be made completely clear and consistent across the website and the documentation supplied with the product.

I would have expected better communication and customer service, especially as the hammer is unused. Based on my experience, I’m unfortunately not happy with TF Tools and would urge other customers to carefully check the return terms before purchasing.

Tf Tools har skickat ett paket till mig och dhl har lämnat de utomhus fast dem ska lämna de till mig i handen eller ombud om ja inte är hemma , dhl har erkänt felet med Lucy på tf Tools vägrar ta ansvar och leverera om paketet hon påstår att det är mitt fel för att ja inte är hemma , helt sjukt , enligt svensk lag så får leverans endast ske i min hand eller till ombud .
Varning handla aldrig från tf Tools , handla istället från hammerstroke dem är seriösa

Wow what an amazing company to deal with from start to finish, we ordered for our apprentice sons birthday just after Christmas 2025 a tool belt ETC, we sized them wrong but the return process and exchange was second to none, considering the bank holidays the exchange turned up very early new year, cant fault the whole company and team.

Honestly, this company are just AMAZING.
I have been ordering from TF Tools for 5 years now. Every single item they stock has been of the highest quality and very fairly priced, always the best for the carpentry work I do and when I need it that week, I get it in the post in such a quick time.
I am now 15 orders in and the TF team have been so personable with me. Always working hard, even on their weekends away from business hours. Have helped me so much recently, I will be grateful to them always. What a company!

A lot of great exlusive carpentry tools. Customer service is top notch, quick replies and poblem solving. Worldwide delivery (from UK to Sweden) was very quick. Easy to navigate webside. Points and discounts are unbeliveble! Would love to step in the real store one day. Orderd one thing to small, sent it back today and I'm confident that return and refund will work as it should. One of the best or the best shop for carpenters who want that little extra!

Have purchased a number of items from TFTOOLS over the last couple of years including Martinez hammers and occidental pouches and can’t fault them at all, delivery is always fast and the customer is service is fantastic, 5 star company!

Amazing company who I’ve used for the past 4 years. They have always been so helpful when it’s comes to getting information on the new stock they manage to source in from America.

DHL shipping is expensive and has poor support in Quebec.

Can't fault TF Tools for DHL's poor service.
