Order took long to arrive, and one of the bottles was broken in transport, but when i told them, they promptly responded, and started to send a replacement to me for free. Thats proper customer service 🤗

Avoid this website, never received a refund for cancelled order. No item, no money...

Order number IT-NL#P902717112, you sold me 8 BREVI brush, brand written in capital letters in your site, that’s not BREVI, but another brand. And you don’t want me to send back the product and refund my money. You are waiting time to pass and it took severa days to answer me, offering a discount, but as I said in the multiple mails, I want a refund. I feel ripped off from you and from your bad and unfair commercial practices. This is a very bad commercial behaviour !!!

I ordered a Thickener for my mother over in the Philippines. I found out about this company thru my niece. She researched it online and she told me about it. Im very hesitant to order from this company because im here in the US and I will be using my credit card. At anyhow, my niece said to me that she cant find any online thats sells Thickener. So I ordered the item, it's a Thickener. My mother used if 3 x a day. I said at first, it's too way expensive but i thought they can deliver it faster i guess than me. I'll pay. Here you go after I ordered it. I didn't see when will be the delivery date. So waited almost 2 months. Then the item arrived. Guess what, my sister sent me a picture. It was expired. It was written in the front where the label is, and its Jan 2024.. What in the world? I said to my sister it's a different story if Jan 2025. You can still use it, because they have a shelf life. But even still, I paid $49.55 . But I went to Walmart, it's only $17.48. Big difference. Then I emailed them and told them to return my money and they responded they said that they will reimburse me and also will send a free container. Sounds good right. Then I said ok. And they better be giving my money back because I will report them to credit card company and I will tell them that it was a bogus transaction. I told my sister to wait for the Thickener she said no they won't send you anymore. Guess what my sister is right. When they emailed me back She said it's out of order. 😆 😂 😆 😂 😆 funny . What the hell? I told them, if I only knew it. I could of like send.it through USPS. Really bad experience. Will not order anything from them again ever.

Always had good experiences with Ninelife. It's sometimes hard to get high-quality products shipped into TH. But they manage to do it with proper tracking and transparency. Will definitely stay a loyal client.

Their sale is a fraud. I ordered a product in Bangkok in January and as early April have not received it. Didnt know/realize that it was supposed to be shipped from USA via Germany. But OK, They sent ne a DHL tracker that however has not been updated since early Feb. After long silence and an exchange of emails they asked to check with local post office (!!) to verify the status. Really? No hope to get my order delivered. Stay away from this site
