I appreciated extra little gifts of dried banana and omega also the berries were put in bags that l can use individually and not have to rip open and scatter the berries all over. This is very much easier, convenient and to my liking. The berries taste lovely and the dog she lokes them too but not too many. Thank you

After doing a search for barley flakes…
After doing a search for barley flakes I found Thames organic. I tried the barley flakes instead of oats in a morning (lower carbs) and found them excellent at lowering blood sugar. Thames Organic deliver very promptly and use Royal Mail, which I like. Since my first experience I have ordered nuts Cacao and flours all of which have been top quality. A very nice company to deal with.
