Awful customer service
Awful customer service, illegal refund policies. First, An asked me to pay exagerrated shipping rate for 500 grams of hair. (93$ instead of 70$ - anyone can check DHL rates online). Then, I found Thanhan does not abide with current ecommerce legislation .👎❗️ They charge their customers for shipping in both directions in cases of item not as described ❗️ They asked me to pay for warranty card in case they send me hair not as described! Also, they don't have clear turnaround time for preparation of the hair. Scammers. Other business sellers compain they have received bad hair quality and with huge delays.
Although current legislation in Vetnam obliges them to take responsibility for items not as described and offer exchange and compensation for the client, they want the client to COVER the whole return cost and duty fees to get an exchange. This is illegal.👎❇️

Terms of a contract with a consumer are invalid where they exclude responsibilities of the trader toward the consumer under law.
This means a seller cannot legally remove their liability for issues like defective or misrepresented goods.
