Scam. Never received after getting a email back in May 2019.

Purchased an order in March 2019 sent consistent emails and never received a response or the item money thieves do not purchase from them!!

I placed an order in May 2019.

It's never turned up! I only remembered about this company as I was going through old emails trying to organise my inbox and came across the order confirmation and two emails from my self to the company asking for updates and where my parcel was.

They are a scam company. Do not order from them!

If I could give zero stars I would DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING! Buyer beware ! Bait and switch products coming from China and wrong items and missing items!!!

Arnaque totale, j ai passé commande mi-avril ,nous sommes fin juin toujours pas reçu ma commande j'ai envoyer plusieurs mails on me dit que c est en transit puis g demandé un remboursement on me dit pas possible après plusieurs plaintes là ils m ont dit qu ils vont me rembourser, là j'attends on verra mais à déconseiller totalement.

Never received the order, never received any replies to me emails.

If I could give less stars I would. Never received the item or reply emails after multiple attempts at contact.

I never received the items I ordered. Never heard anything back from them as I had tried to contact them several times. So annoying.

The wig I ordered isn't like the one I sent for, I emailed them 3 times for a refund and you only have a limited time to get a refund. I've not had any contact from them, I think its a con to be honest ad I would advise women not to order from them. I'm very disappointed!!!

Got the merchandise which isnt too bad, but took almost a year to arrive.

Ordered and never received anything.
I've emailed and gotten no response. I emailed again, and now it kicks back with the email not being valid. I guess they needed the 9 bucks more than i did.

Received the wig I ordered. It looks nothing as advertised and there was no way to contact these people. The wig was of poor construction and the color was off. I would not advise anyone to order products from this store.
The wig was of such poor quality, I threw it in the trash. I am not going to try and get my money back, but I will never order anything from this company again.

As all the others, I ordered my Hogwarts letter in March, here it is December, way past my daughters 11th birthday and no product :( They took my money though.

I never recieved it. Dont be a fool like me and others. I lost my money. Muther fockers

If I could give them a 0 stars, I would. I purchased something back in May, and already figured it would take 1-2 months at most since it was coming from overseas. Well I tried contacting in November, but lo and behold the site is no longer active. I even tried emailing back on my order number and have still yet to receive any word back. Definitely don’t EVER buy from this site.

Placed an order February and it is now November 30 and I have yet to get an update or receive my package. Do NOT order from this company.

I ordered a Harry Poter package the 14th of may and I'm still waiting for it to arrive.
I sent a mail about 2 months later and they answered it saying that the purchase use to take 15 days to arrive. Pathetic.
I tried to contact them a second time and I never got the response.
Still waiting for my purchase!

I I have never recieved my order, ordered end of march 2019 now it's 30th November 2019 still no gift, where is it!! Birthday missed, very disappointed. Sad
