We’re extremely sorry to hear that you haven’t received your prepaid medicine — and even more so for the inconvenience and lack of clarity you’ve experienced.
This should never have happened, and we completely understand how frustrating it is, especially after making a payment in advance. We’re treating this matter with utmost urgency and will immediately investigate the issue with our logistics partner.

There seems to be zero processes
There seems to be zero processes. Order was placed and had to call to check what is happening. 2 days later was told address is not valid. This was after I called to check, no proactive communication from THC. Then order was finally shipped. It was returned by courier without even contacting me. This too had to be told to the team by me. There seems to be zero interest in seeing a customer through his journey. Ive never had to coordinate so much for a delivery.
