Such tasty food! Easy to follow instructions and all well labelled. We had the Mumbai Nights menu and it was great. Perfect amount of food for 2. Will definitely be ordering again!

You MUST try a menu
You MUST try a menu. We had the super club menu. Wow … what a treat. From the cocktail to the dessert… amazing. Great comms, good packaging. Don’t be fooled by the package. Perfectly portioned food. Allow time to enjoy the courses … don”t rush.
We will be back to enjoy another experience.

Best at delivering flavour
I've had a lot of food from The Brook - theme nights, supper clubs, freezer food - and aside from a couple of dishes which weren't to my taste, it's been amazing. These guys know how to deliver flavour. The tofish bites are wonderful - best fishy texture and taste - and the Tuscan stew is moreish in the extreme. The dining events are great value, always interesting, flavourful and usually last the whole weekend. And those cocktails - again, the flavour mixes are spot-on.

Very tasty Sunday lunch with mushroom Wellington and veg and Yorkshire puddings. The gravy was amazing!
Then sticky toffee ginger pudding for pudding. Lovely!

Really enjoyed the valentines meal. Great flavour’s & variety was lovely to have restaurant quality food in the comfort of our own home. Cocktail was lovely. Would recommend for a special occasion.

Shared a valentine's box + cocktails with my wife, we were not disappointed!
Everything came well packaged, individually wrapped in recyclable containers, with clear instructions for cooking, which took about 10 minutes (+ cocktail sipping time!)
Each dish was great, so full of flavour and a great showcase of what The Brook can do.

Brilliant Idea, Great Results
This Valentine's Day, I wanted to get something for my vegan girlfriend that she wouldn't expect. As I'm not so great at cooking, I managed to find The Brook's menu delivery service online.
It was brilliant. I managed to order a whole set menu of foods that my girlfriend had not really experienced before. It was delivered on Friday, in all-recyclable packing, ready in the right quantities with instructions to prepare in around 10 mins on the day (though being less competent, it took me around 20). All the food we had tasted amazing, with my favourite being the crispy tempeh with pickled carrots.
I was very happy with the concept and even happier with the product, and it didn't cost me as much as going out to a restaurant would have done. Will definitely be buying from you again.
P.S. My girlfriend was also very impressed with our dining evening, which is the important thing :)

Really fantastic food
Really fantastic food! I’m a bit flexi and my wife is fully vegan. I ordered this for valentines and it was simply delicious. The ‘chicken’ and ‘pork’ were my favourites, and the addition of slaw is always a winner with me. Very highly recommended for vegans and non vegans.

Always outstanding
Valentines menu was superb. Easy to cook and really varied dishes. The 'pork and 'chicken' were great- the tempeh and pickled carrot was probably my favourite just for inventiveness.
We have had a few orders from The Brook before, all of which have been amazing (the vegan seafood one- wow!) but this was my absolute favourite.

DPD let us down and delivered too late…
DPD let us down and delivered too late for Friday diner. Date night was rescheduled to Saturday. Well worth the wait. What a great meal. We had the seafood menu and it was amazing. Great flavours throughout. We will definitely be have another soon.

The Brook is my new favorite place for vegan ready meals. And calling them ready meals is doing them a disservice because these taste like they've been freshly made each time.
Your food is sublime! It's really helped my friend on their transition to eating more plant based and I can't get over the high quality and taste of all your food. Thank you so much for what you do and keep it up.
The satay is one of the best things I've ever tasted. Satay chicken used to be my my favorite food and I have missed it so much since going vegan but these are better than the real thing. So creamy and without the guilt. I've even got my friends addicted to them when they come round!
Thank you so much for your amazing food and service! Can't wait to see the new creations you come out with next.

Seoul Food menu
Super tasty food. Lots of interesting dishes and flavours. Did need a bit of care and studying the instructions to match things together but really enjoyable meal. Skewers and cauliflower being put favourites. Well packaged and good communication and reminders.

The Seoul Food Menu does seem to be one of our more complicated menus to piece together. We will have a think about how we can simplify it a bit further - without losing the amazing tastes and flavours of the dishes of course!

I loved the first set menu box
I loved the first set menu box - Seoul Nights. Really enjoyed the food and excellent portions. Have already ordered three more set menus and looking forward to the fish and chips/noodles this weekend. The only thing would ask, as someone who wanted to have a taster of everything (and just me but over a number of nights) it got confusing what of the added condiments/sauces etc went with each dish, and what needed to be heated. Ideal if could colour dot each label on what dish they went with and what is heated or not or package them in separate boxes (although I guess that is more complicated!). Only on the taster menus where there are lots of dishes, and hot and cold condiments. Overall fantastic products and looking forward to the next one...

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. Second time of getting their food and both times something went wrong. This time they swapped crab cakes for crab pate with bread after already including a bread course in the menu, so too much bread all round. To make matters worse they didn't say sorry just included a note saying we had to swap this out and then to top it off they "forgot" to include the pudding, so a special occasion became a big disappointment, won't go for a third try sadly.

It does sound as though you may have missed some of the communication that was sent out regarding the changes.
The week prior to the menu going out the team had to make the decision to substitute the seafood cakes for the pate due to challenges getting a key ingredient. They tried to create the cakes in several different ways but the quality wasn't to our standard so we made the difficult decision to amend the menu. The Customer support team did send an email advising of the change. Unfortunately some people mentioned it went into their junk mail which may have been the case for you.
The missing pudding was such a shame and we are very sorry - we did offer a refund and/or voucher to all of our customers as an apology. We appreciate that this was very disappointing and the team have put in place a new practice to ensure this doesn't happen again in the future.

Best Vegan Food
Easily the best vegan ready meals I have ever had. Just amazing. Full of flavour, very satisfying perfect portion size, always feel full and satiated after these. I microwave them to cut down on time and still they are so delicious, 20/10. Absolutely have to go and visit the restaurant soon.

Wahoo!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you so much for your fab feedback on our ready meals. We launched some new dishes in late December which include sides as well. We hope you have been able to sample some of those.
Microwaving is actually the best way to cook the frozen meals so don't worry about that! 20/10...we will take that!
Unfortunately our restaurant is currently closed but high hopes we will be back there soon and see you coming through our doors!
'Burger Night' menu
We ordered the 'Burger Night' menu (without cocktails) for last weekend, and it arrived safely and well packaged. It wasn't our first order, and as previously, the food was delicious. There's minimal effort to heat it up as everything is done to make it easy for you. It was a particularly generous serving per person, and it really made our Saturday night. We hope to keep ordering, though we do have the misfortune to live in a postcode that DPD can't guarantee 2 day delivery for - but so far all deliveries have arrived in a very timely manner.
