Very good experience. My anxiety got the better of me and I emailed to enquire about delivery. I was contacted by, i think his name was Jack, who kept in touch until the item was dispatched. Item received, installed and working perfectly. Give Jack, if that's the correct name, a clap on the back😁😁

Great service, great price.

We have used Glow for a new boiler and also to replace a radiator. On each occasion we have been extremely happy with the quality of work. The fitters have been courteous and efficient and done an excellent job. Recommended to family who have also had the same quality of service. Would definitely recommend Glow.

Great Experience training! Great set up. Class room is comfortable and well designed. Practical training area is well equipped with live installation's.

A very well delivered course, covering all the content required to enhance my current knowledge as an Air Source Heat Pump Engineer

Very useful corse to learn about heat pumps. The trainers were very knowledgeable and the equipment was well set up.

Incompetent engineers damage property and they take no accountability.
Before carrying out the work they failed to disconnect the water supply, so when they sawed a pipe open water came flooding out into the room, damaging a computer, all captured on a security camera.
When talking to them they said they'd arrange for it to be repaired which they did not, they also handled some other belongings recklessly by bashing into them and throwing them luckily no damage caused.
They never arranged for the computer to be repaired, they had to come back multiple times after the job was completed to carry out other minor work and to fix issues, the computer was mentioned each time but with no resolution.
Due to being disabled this computer is my only connection to the outside world and I had to go into debt to fix it myself.

Do not use glow.

Once again Glow Heating Services surpassed themselves with excellent service from the office staff to the engineer. I was kept in the loop from initial contact to the end of the job. The pump was replaced quickly and efficintly, no mess. Having had my fair share of cowboys in the past I have no hesitation if highly recomending this company.

Just had our annual boiler service. Great communication from both the office from Millie when needing to rearrange the appointment and Josh, the engineer. Text and call to advise he was on the way, service done professionally and considerate of property. Highly recommend The Glow Group, thank you

We have just had a new boiler fitted by Alex & Dane and have to say, what an excellent service they provided. They arrived promptly each day, worked conscientiously and were polite and professional throughout. Their workmanship was first class and each day they tided up before they left. We are very happy with the service we have received and more than happy with the new boiler. Thank you so much.

I would also like to thank the office staff, who have made the whole process straightforward and stress free. I cannot recommend The Glow Group highly enough.

We had our heating system redone with The Glow Group, new pipe work everywhere and an Air Source Heat Pump installed. The team took 1 week to install, everyone was really nice, took the time to speak with us and made sure everything was clean and tidy after each day. Dan was especially hard working, first to arrive and last to leave. Teething issues with the system have been sorted promptly with great comms between Jack, the office and myself where necessary. Truly professionals who love their jobs. Thank you so much.

Been meaning to write this review for a while. Had glow to change our boiler last year changing over to a combi. Great people and service and advice. Had them round since for minor problems and speedy service and sorted no problem. Highly recommended

I used to rave about The Glow Group and actively recommended them. Not any more. We had a brand new boiler installed and it leaked water through the house, they came out and the guy was quite rude but replaced a part. A few months later, water through the house again as it hadn't been fixed properly! We had their Glow Plus service and wanted to book the service in as it was included and then cancel the Glow Plus extra. We were told that the boiler was serviced when it was installed and that we could only have a service if we paid for another year. Who services a boiler when it's installed?! It's such a shame as they started really well. We cancelled the Glow Plus and was told to cancel the DD which we missed the date for and they have a payment of ours in their bank so now have to try and get that back. I really would no longer recommend.

We had excellent service from start to finish, jack came when he said he would, discussed everything we needed, and gave good advice, the guys who did the work turned up on time, were friendly, efficient very professional and cleaned up after themselves,good local firm who don't charge the earth , you also get to talk to real helpful people in the office, nothing automated, would definitely use glow group again without hesitation if we needed any other work doing

Contacted The Glow Group after being let down by British Gas. From the very first message the service I received was A1. Had a couple of hurdles to jump due to boiler location but everything was dealt with efficiently. I was kept informed along the way. Jack & his team go above & beyond . Will not be using anyone else now

We have used the Glow Group several times. Jack fitted us a new hive heating system and his service couldn’t have been better! Can’t recommend him and his team more. Professional, personable and definitely reliable!

Our heating went down last week. Having had our boiler fitted with British Gas we attempted to get in touch with them, despite us having a 6 month old baby in the house the best appointment they could offer was over 3 weeks! Several friends recommended Glo Group and we are so glad they did. Calling and speaking to an actual human who was super helpful and an appointment with an engineer was booked in for less than 2 days away was a great start. Superb. The engineer was on time, professional and got our system working again in less than an hour. We have signed up to one of their monthly plans given how impressed we are with this company.
