Excellent company with a great customer service, they sorted my insurance out without any drama whereas several companies I contacted prior to them just couldn't be bothered to even respond.

Highly recommended 5* service
I had a really great experience working with Sam C. After speaking to several different companies, I can honestly say no one else came close in terms of professionalism, kindness, and clear communication.
Everything was explained to me in a way that was easy to understand, and I never felt rushed or pressured. Sam C was very patient, answered all my questions, and made the whole process of setting up my life insurance and critical illness cover feel simple and stress-free.

I had a really positive experience working with Sam C from The Insurance Surgery.
Sam was very patient and took the time to clearly explain all the different options available to us, making sure we fully understood the differences between each policy. He was also very responsive and always willing to answer our questions, which made the whole process much easier and less stressful.
We never felt pressured at any point, and he genuinely tried to find the most suitable solution for our needs and budget. In the end, we are very happy with the outcome and feel much more confident about our family’s protection.

Staff are lovely and polite. As helpful as you could ask for. Personally spoke with John Dunkerley and Ryan Prescott who both helped me with my standard review of my insurance and setting up a new policy due to moving house and needing more cover.

I wanted to leave a review for Tom, who has been working on my personal insurance for over 3 months. It’s been a long process, but throughout it all he has been patient, thorough and extremely professional.
Every detail was clearly explained, nothing was rushed, and I always felt confident that everything was being handled properly. He kept me informed at every stage and made what could have been a stressful situation feel much more manageable.
Delighted to say we now have everything in place, and that’s down to Tom’s persistence and attention to detail. Highly recommend his service.

Life Insurance with kidney disease
I thought I would never get life insurance as I tried several companies but was always auto declined due to health conditions. Ryan at The Insurance Surgery was really helpful and managed to secure decent cover for me. He kept in regular contact updating me with the progress of my application.
