This was awful- made me stay on the phone for ages, helped me and told me that I’ll hear back from them as I have enough evidence for a case and then they never got back to me. This happened twice!

Had no idea what to expect
Had no idea what to expect, had a call back within minutes, explained my issue and was advised it had potential, the lady was lovely & sympathetic, still waiting to speak to a solicitor, but so far the service has been impecable.
