Sorry but the quality does not meet expectations of a higher end brand. Immediately upon taking the dress out of the package I tried it on and a button popped off…then a second. They were the last two buttons on the bottom of the dress so wore the dress the next day anyway. Well, again another button flew off followed by a fourth. I have never experienced this even with fast fashion so it’s hard to accept four buttons should fall away without even normal wear! I emailed customer service and they refunded me €17 to pay the cost of repair. A nice gesture but overall a pretty bad experience and not the quality one would expect when paying their prices.

Great customer service
With the current state in Ukraine, my dress was delayed in being shipped out. The Sleeper team constantly updated me quickly and ensured I knew where my order was in the production process. They even ordered me $30 off my next order for the inconvenience of it taking longer to fulfill!

I do not understand the negative reviews. I bought two dresses and they came in like 3 days. Well packaged and beautiful materials and design. Will keep buying from the company.

Amazing customer service
Viktoria (customer service) is amazing. I was hesitating between 2 sizes and she listened to me, giving me advices and has been very patient. I love the brand, their pajamas are stunning !

The best brand and the best team!
I have never seen such dedication, support and kindness from any brand like I do on a monthly basis with Sleeper. The garments are made by the best seamstresses (I didn't believe the amount of detail and amazing construction), the quality of the fabrics are delicate and wonderful and the team behind it will just do the impossible to help! One of the orders was supposed to come from their atelier in Ukraine but was mistakenly sent via US post and they quickly sent me another set of garments, and this was during sale time. Thank you Anastasiia and Marina for all the help! This is a small business but it just feels like you're part of a big family! Thank you for everything!

Lovely product - Terrible customer service.
I have followed the sleeper brand for years and finally caved and bought a set just before Christmas which I LOVED! I wore it on Christmas day and had so many compliments so much so I immediately ordered the same set in another colour (which i've had no issues with).
After washing the first set the stitching on the collar of the top had slightly come away - I followed all washing instructions so emailed sleeper to see if there was anything they could do. I had no response at all from customer service for over 2 weeks and had to chase this for a further 6 weeks to get any kind of response. When they finally did respond, because the set was bought from a dept store in the UK they wouldn't accept that the fault was theres and said there was nothing they could do - really disappointing service from what I thought was a luxury brand. They finally came back and offered money off my next purchase but after the customer service experience I would be reluctant to purchase from them again.

I ordered the black Sleeper cardigan with detachable feathers and I just cannot believe how poor the quality is for the price you pay. A button fell off on the first wear and the quality of the material is just terrible, bobbles almost immediately.

I ordered a cardigan that was supposed to ship at the end of December or early January. I reached out to the team in mid January as I had not received a shipping notification yet. They got back to me within 48 hours and advised that the sweater had been back ordered which I understood due to the ongoing supply chain issues with Covid. They were apologetic and were kind enough to offer me either a refund or a store credit +15%. I decided to take the store credit. They got back to me with the code very quickly and I am happy with how everything turned out despite the initial issues.

I am very unhappy with the service or…
I am very unhappy with the service or lack of service received. I ordered two outfits a couple of months ago. One finally arrived however the second one has still not arrived. I have contacted the care team 3 times now to request information on how to return the order that has turned up as it doesn’t fit and to get a refund for the items that has not showed up.
I have not received a response and have been charged closed to £500. This is completely unacceptable and I hope someone does get back to me to get this resolved as a matter of urgency. I will not be recommending this company to anyone I know.

The Sleeper team was super responsive and VERY helpful when I accidentally ordered the wrong size on two sale items! They were able to intercept the shipment and ship the sizes before they went out. Sales items are final sale, so it was important the items were either removed or swapped. Thank you for your help, Kateryna!

Will never shop here again.
I don't normally get upset about delays and have literally never written a bad review but my order was placed in November and I still have 0 resolution with their customer service team. It took them over a month to finally get back to me, and then when they did get back to me they said it would take another 12 weeks to get my order in stock, let alone ship. So after another two weeks of delayed responses they let me know I could exchange or receive store credit. I asked to exchange with another item and they took more than a week to respond and let me know the item I wanted to exchange with is no longer in stock. After TWO months I have no idea if I'll ever get my item exchanged. The lack of communication and response is truly so frustrating, let alone the fact that they advertised product they didn't even have MADE or in stock! it should have been a pre-sale item if it wasn't going to be ready until March.
