I placed an order in November of 2025 and still haven’t received it. I sent multiple emails requesting a refund and to no avail no answer. I am now disputing the charge with Apple. No help whatsoever, total scam

They don't respond to emails and they will take your money and leave you with a broken product. Do not buy!

Charged me but never shipped my order. Have sent multiple emails to all their email addresses for months and never received a single reply. Received a "shipment on its way email" a few days after my order but the tracking link shows it never left their warehouse.

Horrible experience, had to file a chargeback. Terrible service, don’t get fooled the comments here are surely fake.

The apparel is very cheaply made. If I could give zero stars I would. Its knock offs but generally poorly made with poor materials. No tags, badly and badly sewn. If I could return it, I would so I am just throwing it away. It's something that if you washed once it would need to be discarded.

This is seriously a scam. Have paid twice and never got the product. Had to initiate a chargeback with my bank to get refunded

Scammers! Stay away. All positive reviews and replies to negative reviews are fake.

My first two orders never shipped and no one replied to the several emails I sent requesting an order updates for them. After waiting a few months I finally decided to request a charge back from my credit card company which was successful. I then placed a third order using PayPal this time and waited several weeks, and then followed up with support (info @ the-stro.com) again and they said that they had received the order but claim they never got paid and suggested I requested a charge back, and they offered a large discount suggesting I try to place the order again, and so I filed the charge back request with PayPal and placed another order, and then I emailed them immediately to explain the situation and request that they expedite processing of the order. Support responded the next day confirming they got the funds and that the order would ship the next day. I then got email with tracking info (as I had for all the previous orders), and then eventually the stro actually showed up.

These guys suck. I ordered months ago and still havent recived my order. When i asked, their rep told me i was an idiot, that i was pathetic and basicaly berated me for aksing where my order was. DO NOT ORDER from them, they are the worst.

Looks professional, but they will charge you money and never send the product! I ordered the product on the 9th of may 2024 and still havent received it on the 17th of september. I have written many emails and no response.

They looks very professionals, but no answering emails regarding to package delay. No customer support chat as promised in their website and no Instagram account linked to their website. I already wrote 3 emails and no answer. This really bothered me, I don't mind to give a better review but I want my product right away or I'll keep this SCAM ALERT campaign. You choose.

Scam. Items never shipped

I ordered from them in April. 5 months later and the item never shipped, no reply to numerous emails. Don't order from this company - either a scam or going out of business

I ordered this on 3/20/2024 and still have not received my product. They ignored my e-mails and kept saying that they had shipping issues and that they will send it soon. It's been more than 5 months and nothing. Then they said to dispute with credit card company. But insurance only protects 60 days of the order date. Be aware! Now their customer service e-mail doesn't work. I have spent so much time trying to get a refund or my product to no avail. I did however report them to the Federal Trade Commission and the Better Business Bureau for investigation on commerce and credit card fraud. Hope they take these guys down.

I ordered the stro necklace on 4/17/24 and still have not received it. I emailed 4 times and finally got a response on 8/8/24. They told me to dispute the charge with my bank. I asked to please sent the product and never got a response. My bank only refunds up to 60 days. I would not recommend purchasing from this vendor.

Bought the product more than a month ago, have sent several mails, no response, reading other comments my hope receiving product is hopeless, but will keep sharing these guys shouldn't be able to announce on social media for selling products they won't deliver and will kept money.

what is wrong with this company no replying to emails or on instagram have ordered mine and paid extra for next day delivery and still no one with get back to me

I have ordered twice and waited months. Kept tracking out and no one would get back to me. Had to call and get a refund from the bank. This site is a total SCAM!

I purchased the 2 Stro/Necklace bundle. Both of the items came disassembled (in two separate parts as opposed to the single assembled item as shown in the advertised photo. They responded fairly quickly (they will clearly only respond if it's a response that requires no action or responsibility on their part) that the spring inside is held by a tiny screw that should be tightened. There was no spring in either of the packages sent to me. Additionally, when they say "tiny" screw, it really is - no household screwdriver will work on this. I responded that there was no screw and received no response over the course of a week (still no response to date). I then went out to search for an appropriately sized spring and screwdriver on Amazon and purchased both. With the spring situation resolved, the screw was tightened as tightly as possible, such that the item can still move up on down. Within a few uses the screw loosens to the point that the whole thing falls apart again. Both items are like this and clearly due to a defect in what holds the screw in place. Despite 3 additional follow up emails, I have not heard back from them. This clearly could have been resolved with offering to send me a spring/screwdriver and then responding to my refund request (as guaranteed on their website) when I fixed it myself and found out that the product was in fact, actually defective. Like I said, you will not hear back if any followup is required on their end to ensure the quality of their product. Buy at your own risk. I posted this same review on their website. Hopefully it's not deleted. (Follow up - of course it's been simply deleted and not addressed)
