We had Andy, Taylor and David put many windows in all in a single day. They did a great job, were polite and tidied up after themselves which I appreciated.

Windows themselves are great and bring in more light and we can appreciate our view with ease!

I recommend.

I have used the company twice so far and will certainly be using them again in the future. Their work is outstanding and in fact the whole process from measuring to completion could not be smoother. We had some old stained glass panels renovated and encapsulated as part of the bay windows and they look fantastic - a special thanks to the talented Laythe but thank you everyone.

I had all my windows replaced in the house and the end-to-end process with The Windows Co was exceptionally good.

The sales representative, Steve handling my enquiry was extremely attentive and responsive, I was able to communicate exactly what I wanted and it was reflected in the design mock up.

The installation team (Steve and Ben) worked incredibly clean - tidying up every day after they left, went above and beyond to make every window look amazing.

I couldn't recommend this company higher - the prices we fair and inline with other window providers in the area but the level of service provision at all stages was top tier. It was money well spent knowing that the team handling the work was so professional.

I am a repeat customer with The Window Co, having used them several times in the last couple of years, and twice within the last 6 months. From getting a quote, to the installation, the team are exceptionally helpful and accommodating with questions. The installation team are also respectful of the property which minimises the stress of having tradesmen in.

The Window Co fitted a new composite front door and side window. The fitter worked efficiently and the finish looks excellent. However, my alarm system was damaged during fitting and a nearby light switch broken — issues never mentioned by the rep or surveyor beforehand. I later spent a full day fixing the alarm myself.

While the company acknowledged my concerns afterwards, the matter was not resolved to my satisfaction. Good products and workmanship, but the lack of care and communication around existing fittings was disappointing.

We had a great experience with Wayne and his team, from start to finish. We’d been badly let down by a previous contractor - but the Window Co stepped in and put everything right for us. From initial survey through to completion the customer service and communication was exemplary. Our patio doors have been beautifully fitted and the finish is excellent. I can’t recommend the Window Co strongly enough. Will, Sale.

Used the Window Company twice at our own home for a new front door and for replacement sash windows. Both experiences were spot on - good, fair prices (comparable to anyone) and quick, clean fitting.

My mother needed replacement windows fitting recently and was quoted a high price that then went up post survey from an apparently reputable firm! As soon as I found out, we cancelled this order and asked the Window Company round immediately. Their initial quote was not a million miles less, however the survey didn’t suddenly generate another £5500 of work, in fact the surveyor’s expertise highlighted they had over allowed for lintels and as such the quote could be reduced!

Fitting went like a dream - fitters turned up on time, worked hard and were incredibly clean and tidy in their work.

Absolutely nothing but positive things to say about this company - my Mum wishes she hadn’t worried about bothering me now, so we could have had them in right from the start!

The price we received was far better than we anticipated which was great but the whole experience was exceptional .The window being replaced was a large one being , 12 foot by 6 foot but proved no problem for the team of 5 men . From measuring and pricing through completion the job was handled with complete proficiency . A great company to deal with and I have pleasure in recommending The Window Company for any window replacements..
