I’ve held out with this review until I’d made my return in order to see how the whole process of buying & refunds worked . So I’ve ordered 3 times in very quick succession every time I’ve received my order in a very timely manner and thank fully by DPD . The items I purchased were excellent value for money and actually I’ve made 157 my new go to store based on my recent experience. Of all the items purchased I was only too small for one of them so I returned the track top. I did have to pay my own return post which is fair enough and I chose to send it next day delivery , it was duly received and I received an email advising me my return had been processed and my refund was on its way … I mean overall the service has been fabulous and considering I only stumbled across the store after watching a random Facebook reel I’m so chuffed I did , some real bargains go check them out !

What a shame as love their clobber!
Ordered a lovely lambretta shirt-after 7-10 days an email saying out of stock but would refund me-thats ok ,it happens.
However refund arrived minus postage and packing costs!-er,but there wasnt any postage or packing!
Several emails with no response
Only a small amount( less than £10) but poor business and lost me as a customer
