Lisa from the leasing department has very poor customer service as wanted to lease a car however very unhelpful with delivery dates and getting paperwork correctly issued.

Lauren was so attentive from the first phone call, she made a call to the trader and we came to an agreement (we had been weeks trying to get a straight answer from trader) so we are very grateful that our dispute was cleared up just before Christmas! 10/10 for Lauren as she saved the day for us !!

My interaction and communication with specifically Connor was nothing short of fantastic. Extremely personable and explained everything well.

We have used AA to lease a car for a couple of years. It did not turn up on the agreed date and no contact. Two weeks later having to chase every day. Still no car with various excuses. We have not been offered a substitute while the problem gets sorted and no date when the car will finally be delivered. So far paying insurance for a car we have not got. For a large corporation this is absolutely disgusting service. I would not recommend them

I was having difficulties getting a used car dealer ship to take my car back after an initial repair. Long story but they point blank refused to help.

The car was an AA approved vehicle so I contacted the AA mitigation team to see if they could help. I was contacted by a lady called Verity Lowe and she was fantastic. She got the full history from me then contacted the garage, their initial response was no different, however, she kept me informed as she went back and forth and eventually agreed with them to take the vehicle back. She was absolutely fantastic and so was the result. Thank Verity for you diligence on my behalf.

I recently received support from The AA regarding an ongoing refund dispute with a car garage, and I want to highlight the exceptional help I received from Hayley Mills.

Hayley took the time to fully understand the situation, reviewed the evidence, and followed up with the garage directly. Her involvement made a clear difference — payments that had been delayed for months finally started moving once she intervened, and she kept me informed throughout the process.

Sophie at AA mediation service was excellent. We were owed a deposit for a vehicle we didn’t end up buying. She called and took the time to listen to my issue, and managed to achieve a very satisfying result with return of my deposit. It’s definitely worth asking for help from the AA and wouldn’t hesitate to ask for assistance in the future.

Purchased a car from an independent dealership, only to discover later that there were mechanical issues that went against their ad claims. Tried to resolve it myself but was abused by the dealership. Contacted the AA and had Grace look after the situation. Through all of the delays and setbacks (intentional by the dealership no doubt), Grace was persistent and fought hard to make sure I got the fixes required. After ~3 months we finally got the fixes done. Very thankful to Grace and the AA for the effort she put in.

I bought a car 12 weeks ago and it went wrong from day 1. I was given the run-around and lie after lie from Two weeks ago, I came across AA mediation without really knowing what would happen or if it would help. The car has now been sorted! Verity was a great help in getting my case resolved quickly.

I purchased a car from an AA certified seller, car seller sold me a defective car, the seller refused to repair the car so I complained to the AA, after they also failed to get a response from this unscrupulous dealer they informed me that the seller and the AA were no longer associated so they could not help and dropped me like a hot stone. So much for approved sellers. WHAT A JOKE.
Had a call from the AA, really nice young lady who unfortunately could not provide details on why the seller "HKM Devon car sales" is no longer an approved dealer but I can only assume that the dealer is so poor the AA no longer wish to be associated with such a poor business. Three cheers to the AA for trying their best.

Hayley was very helpful during my dispute that I had with a car dealer, which has now been resolved. I was kept constantly updated through emails and phone calls about what was happening which is very much appreciated.

I contacted the AA when I was having problems with a car dealership, as a car I had bought from them had a fault and it was taking far too long to sort out. The AA acted as mediators between myself and the dealers, as I felt I was getting nowhere. The two people I dealt with understood my concerns, and were very helpful. They contacted the dealers regularly, always passed on my comments to them and informed me of their responses. Every phone call was followed up with an email detailing our conversation. I now have an appointment with the dealer to fix the car. I feel that, without AAs help, I may never have had my problem sorted, and I cannot speak highly enough of them - very friendly, understanding and helpful. Thank you!

From the Start Hayley Mills was a great help in sorting what was required. Having then past to Mediator ? Took up the case personally and a result that was expected came about. Very patient and helpful Great I was able to use the Affiliation offered.

Though we recently unfortunately had to deal with the mediation team, The service that was provided was exceptional and non biased.
Specific shout out for Lauren who was at all time professional and worked with both parties needs at the forefront.
