Admin at TheAltening dot com Email does not work. We paid for products and did not receive them. I asked for refund and they kept responding with open a ticket but it will not let me open a ticket. The email it has online to reach out to customer service does not work. Stay away and do not purchase at this website.

Their response is saying I need to create a ticket but as my review states, it would not let me start a new ticket. I tried it multiple times and Xevier responded in email saying the instructions are clear and if you’re not able to follow them there’s nothing else they can do. I sent email evidence of all of this to trustpilot to show this company never resolved the issue when I tried to communicate with them.

Bought a few fortnite accounts and its 100% legit. some accounts did get pulled back but customer service was a short wait time and gave me another account back.

Support was awesome. Took a while for them to respond but they did. They gave me a Minecraft account that doesn't work then replaced it with another one that actually works. Thank you so much Xevier

I bought 3 Minecraft accounts and one of them had a 24 star in hypixel I couldn't even keep up the amount of stress I was getting in bedwars but anyway all of them worked and was op was insanely good but one of them was a low star but it doesn't matter I got these accounts for cheaper then Microsoft and I'm happy about it 9.8/10 highly recommend

I bought a take the L Fortnite account for $15 from the altening and when I logged into it everything worked, and it had save the world, 1100 vbucks, a few rare skins from season 3, tons of rare emotes, and tons of rare backpacks. Would recommend 10/10 I love you altening.

Conclusion:
The owner can't even help out his own customers with single things like viewing the literal order! What a terrible site. Just buy from the microsoft store or any other alt shop.

Reply to the answer: Why not store it? Like any other website? Many people are having the same issue as well, they can't seem to find their accounts login details due to the deletes.. Maybe just don't delete them and function like any other normal site?

Bought a "Hypixel Ultra Secure Access (MICROSOFT ACCOUNT)" first account didn't have minecraft on it. Asked for a replacement, all the accounts that were gave to me after that, had me to require some windows pin to enter, and I tried everything to try login but it wouldn't work. I also gave the account details to my friend to try it, and it also didn't work on his end so it wasn't a problem with my pc. The guy refused to give a refund and ended the ticket even though I sent screenshots of it not working everytime. Don't ever buy from this site its a scam.

Yo the Altening is legit I swear I have bought so many fortnite accounts of there I'm done buying for now I have claimed all gift rewards

First i was scarred because i didint knew how to change the password but i migrated and everything worked and i got a minecraft og username with 3 letters i know its piracy but i don't wanna pay full 30 dollars so i bought it for abt 15 dollars i like this delivered instantly i didint get the prize with my code
