Frauds … scammers

Stay away from this company.
They looted my money, promised FBA service but inventory never reached Amazon (no response of any inquiry) also added/ diverted half inventory to FBM without discussing with me, never filled any order on time or send product to customer, caused to to refund money to customer and flagged my store as fraud.

This guy, Frank Manning - piece of shit, don’t ans calls, don’t reply to emails. Initially kept saying they are working on it but didn’t do anything at all. I asked to show what they are doing, or what document they sent to Amazon to fight but not replying at all.

If anyone has any legal way to deal with, let’s discuss.

Stay away from such frauds.

this is such a fraud company

this is such a fraud company . the promise you in making a website or amazon store or ebay store . these guys are fraudsters . the have taken over 6500 US dollars from me promising to make an amazon store end up pocketing all my money . they tried making a store which got flagged by amazon as listing as counterfeit products . then this guy name frank ( not sure if it’s even an actual
name ) his voice was always sounded like a machine . He blames the amazon on their screening process . he the tells me that he will open an ebay store and to my surprise they cancel the account stating the same reason as listing of counterfeit items . i gave him my account access as he wanted to check why its an issue , to my surprise the IP address logged in was someone from pakistan . this guys claims to be having an office in new york . pls google take address in the google maps it looks like rundown closed property. pls dont do the mistake i did . the do not respond to emails nor calls . whenever this guy responds he says the money is paid for inventory and claims his supplier has the money as he paid for the items. he won’t give me the suppliers contact info or neither he will send me the inventory which according to him he purchased with my money . I m not sure how these fraudsters live a life or sleep peacefully at night with cheating people and take their hard earned money . please did not deal with these guys , all the 5 star reviews are paid reviews or maybe from their fraud family and friends . This company better reply or respond. otherwise they are looking for a lawsuit and i know there is another similar guy here who left a review with a same experience . connect me here and if you want to add your name to the lawsuit please feel free. this sort of people should not exist to do business .

This company is a total scam

This company is a total scam, they promised me FBA and then at the last min switched to FBM and then were late fulfilling orders causing my store to get flagged. They kept claiming that it was no big deal. When I finally put up a bad review they promised to get the inventory moved to FBA so I took the review down. That was well over a month ago and they keep making excuses for why the inventory hasn't been moved. They are complete scammers.
Don't ever do business with them.
The worst experience I have had ever

Scam



Stay away from these scammers. They hound you to sign up with them on false promises. Then they hound you about buying the product and then they stop communicating. I signed up with them in May and was told old 30 days to have products ready to be sold. We are in my September and product never got listed. Total scam and complete waste of time. Stay away for your own good.

I wanted to start my own Amazon business. But I had very little knowledge of it. After some discussions, I decided to give it a go, and I do not regret my decision. I have been well informed about my store from day one. From product hunting to sourcing, everything went smoothly! It's been a couple months and I am in the profits!

i hired the amazon maestro for my amazon store these guys scammed me do not believe these guys they try to sell some counterfeit itmes so amazon deactivate my account they did not even try to resolve the problem they just ran away i call them message them for returning my money but no answer i talk to amazon to resolve this issue but they say they can't reactivate it i spend so much money on tis and these guys ruined it so i fired them for my shopify account before they do something wrong there too so my advice to whoever wants to hire these guys for there amazon or every other service they provide just be carefull they have no accountibilty whats so ever

Don't waste your time

The Amazon maestro is a not to be trusted. Don't waste your time and money with this company. They are not professional at all and won't respond to your calls or messages when something is wrong.

I started working with them in April for Amazon automation, I paid all the amount that was requested including money for LLC. I never got any feedback concerning the LLC.

They sent me the Amazon seller central link and I created my account. After creating my account I send money for inventory directly to their bank account as they claimed they were the once to buy the goods and do all the negotiations for the shipments, after sending the money $3600cad, they listed the products in my Amazon store but the goods were never delivered to Amazon after about 4 months, that's from April till August.

Amazon started sending me emails of selling quanterfeit products because there was no inventory but products were listed. I will send the screenshot of the emails to them but they won't reply.

Then Amazon asked me to send proof of my inventory and purchase from supplier; that's all the necessary documents proving my goods were purchased and are being shipped to Amazon, I send the email to the Amazon maestro requesting for proofs of purchase and all the necessary shipping informations, they still didn't respond, after sending tons of messages and calling countless times,after about 3 weeks, they send me a paper from the supplier which Amazon saw as fake and still they were unable to provide shipping information and tracking number to track the goods. As a result my store was closed by Amazon.
Don't work with them after reading the reviews here, I honestly thought they could be trusted but NO.

Firstly, I repeatedly attempted to reach you via calls and emails, which were not responded to, yet I see a response to my public review. If you are doing a good job why would you stop communicating and instead come here to respond to my review?

Concerning the LLC registration, I indeed expressed hesitations about sharing my personal information without a proper trust foundation. I proposed a Zoom meeting or video call to build that trust, but this was declined, which left me uncomfortable and questioning the transparency of our dealings.

As for my Amazon account, I have clear evidence that contradicts your statement about me transferring money directly to a vendor. The funds were sent to the Amazon Maestro Studio LLC account with the understanding that you would handle communications with the supplier. Unfortunately, I am unable to attach screenshots here, but I have retained all receipts and correspondence, which I plan to forward to Trustpilot to support my review.

Also, concerning my amazon account, why would Amazon request shipping documents and proof of inventory if all necessary information had already been uploaded to my account? I still have the emails from Amazon as proofs. The products were listed, but there was no actual inventory data to support those listings. This prompted Amazon to send multiple requests for this essential documentation to back my inventory. This discrepancy suggests that the initial setup on my account was incomplete, prompting these follow-up requests from Amazon for additional verification.

I shared the emails from Amazon with you immediately, and we had a tight deadline of three days to comply, yet during this critical period, my attempts to contact you were ignored, resulting in the restriction of my account. That’s why your access was revoked on my account.

At this point, I am not seeking to continue our partnership. Instead, I request a full refund of the amounts paid under the assurance of services that were not rendered as agreed. I look forward to your prompt response to resolve this matter amicably.

When you joined us in April 2024, we agreed to a partial service fee to support your long-term success. Since LLC registration was essential to move forward with the Amazon automation service, we offered to handle the legal process for you for a reasonable legal fee. You paid the fee, but when we requested the necessary documentation to register the LLC, you expressed concerns about sharing your information and decided to register the LLC yourself. Since you still owed us the remaining portion of the initial service fee, we considered the amount you paid for the LLC registration as a substitute for the outstanding balance. As a gesture of goodwill, we never requested the remaining amount that was originally to be paid in installments.

Regarding your Amazon account, due to your understandable concerns, we advised you to complete the registration yourself, while we provided guidance throughout the process. The account was successfully created without issues, proving our diligence and professionalism.

For the product research and inventory, we collaborated with you to select a profitable product. You were fully informed about the vendor selection, pricing, and shipment details before you transferred the amount directly to the vendor. We ensured that all goods were shipped and tracking IDs were provided on your Amazon seller account for full transparency. The products were listed successfully, which would not have been possible if Amazon had not received the necessary information from us, as they strictly adhere to compliance checks.

When Amazon later asked for ownership confirmation of the goods, these were standard system-generated emails from Amazon. Given the scale and automation of their operations, it is common for these emails to be triggered automatically. We explained that there is a specific process to follow to get in touch with Amazon’s support team and override the system’s bots. However, before we could assist further, you revoked our access to your account. Without access, we were unable to help you resolve the matter with Amazon.

Our records show that we have always worked with transparency and integrity, maintaining communication and delivering our services as promised. If you are willing to reinstate our access, we can resolve these issues promptly.
