I’ve been trying to get ahold of John and his crew for 4 days no one ever answers the phone

The reason being is I don’t have a loan out with the and the hit my account with a $2,750 charge and I’ve made multiple attempts to make this right with them and they could care less to help me out and return my money to me. I would not recommend using them I know I definitely will not.

I really don't know what to say.

The gentleman, Mr. John C.... that I worked with who helped my business get funded was easy to work with, very knowledgeable on what to do in order for me to get funded and basically walked me through every step of the way even when I was hard to reach and busy with the day-to-day activities of running my business.

Mr. John C was very professional, polite and persistent about me getting funded and answered all of my questions and inquiries into how the process worked.

Most importantly.... Mr. John C was very clear and transparent throughout the short process that it took to get all of the required online digital paperwork done.

Ok here goes, it's sometimes hard to find words without sounding cliche and a broken record of yourself but what can I say, just as we say Merry Christmas, Happy Chanukah, Praise the lord, Michelle from Aquinas killed it again. I kind of think of her like the Elon Musk of finance. Every dog has it's day, like even a broken clock is right twice a day but what's remarkable about Michelle is her consistency, reliability, I'm not sure what motivates her or makes her tik but it seems like she's almost living vicariously through the client. Like your win is her win. Shes playing for the team. You almost have to think of her as a CFO internal employee of the company who's looking out for YOUR best interest. I've had other floozies try and lure me away but Michelle has a heart of gold, and yes as her voice indicates she's mad cute, but thats irrelavent (yeah right) it's what's inside that counts, (that's something only ugly people like me say) bottom line, am I simping yes, but I'm also telling the truth, and I'll show the deposits to my bank account for anyone who doubts. God gives us free will but it's necessary that we all have the adequate information to make an informed decision. Now you know so you don't have an excuse. It's Aquinas or bankruptcy, disease and death. The choice is yours.
